I think this is my first Ehime sake 🍶 Ishizuchi's unfiltered pure rice. It has a little bit of color, but the taste is refreshing. It has a slight color, but the taste is clean and tasty. Since I couldn't see the cherry blossoms, I had to go with a pink label and pink yellowtail. I added swordfish, sea bream, and barracuda to taste the mood.

This is a gift from a friend, but it's my last sake for the end of the work week. It is a delicious sake with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. The entrée is sushi and Yokosuka hot tofu. After the Japanese mustard flavor, it is a great way to wash it down.

Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last post. I have been on a shochu kick for a while now, so this is my first post in a while (lol). It is a really delicious sake. I served this with chilled tomatoes and grilled firefly squid with butter. I used more pepper and the sweetness of the sake blended well with it. Thank you for the delicious sake.
This is Haneya and Tsubasa from Tomikiku Shuzo in Toyama. The aroma spreads pleasantly and the taste is good👍This sake gives the impression of being light in the mouth as you enjoy the aftertaste. It is a perfect match for yakitori (grilled chicken), but it has a synergistic effect. I hope the sake breweries in Toyama will soon recover from the hardships they are going through. Although I am far away from Toyama, I would like to help the recovery effort by drinking sake.

We had a bottle of "Nozomu" Hatsushibori by Sotaike Shuzo as a New Year's gift. It is so fruity, you would think it was wine. The aroma is gorgeous and fills me with happiness! The label also shines in rainbow colors, perfect for the New Year!

Kankoubai Shuzo, Mie, AKI SAKE🦉 Owl label. It had a smooth hardness and mellow feeling in the mouth. I like this kind of taste. The aroma in the cup is subtle, but after drinking it, the aroma lingering in the nose is pleasant. I discovered another delicious sake.
