The mouthfeel is heavy. But not stinging at all! Delicious. It is a winning sake 🍶 As described on the label, the cloudy color looks like powder snow. It is a popular item at my favorite liquor store. If you see it, please give it a try.

The dry taste. When served cold, it has a sharp taste and a smooth smooth taste. When heated, it has a rounded spiciness and refreshes the palate. It is a perfect match for strong flavors and mild snacks. We paired it with amaebi (sweet shrimp) and negitoro (green onion).

It is refreshing and has a clean aftertaste. It has a strong sour taste, so it goes well with strong-flavored snacks. The back view of the kotatsu cat...it even makes me feel melancholy.

Local Kanagawa sake 🍶 when you put it in your mouth, it goes down your throat and has a nice lingering taste. I found firefly squid at the fish shop. I paired it with wasabi and soy sauce and ahi jio. Delicious ❕.
