I got a Noto Blue sake cup, so I got some sake from Ishikawa.
It was recommended to me as a sweet sake at Ishikawa Terrace in Yaesu.
I love the rice flavor and umami taste, just the way I like it ✨.
I also had a dish of pickled horse mackerel from Ishikawa ☺️
The entrée is my favorite sashimi of flatfish with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from vinegared citrus juice) and grated momiji (grated daikon and soy sauce).
The slightly sweet Nanaken was perfect for the entrée. ☺️
