The aroma is a gorgeous but not too flashy peach and banana type aroma🍑🍌. On the palate, it has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a soft and well-balanced bitterness and rice flavor 😊✨It's so easy to drink 😭😭. Let's try it at different temperatures 🥰.

Young green apple followed by sweet pear aroma🍏🍐. In the mouth comes a smooth mouthfeel with a rich sweetness 🥹✨and then comes a beautiful acidity, but then the bitterness of that acidity extends to the end 😭. This sake is seriously a definite repeat! Fukushima Prefecture, really too awesome ❤️

Gorgeous sweet pineapple aroma 🍍💐💐In the mouth you can feel the gas tube on your tongue and the crisp acidity after the dark sweetness characteristic of Kangiku creates a baking soda feeling 😊✨. As always, Kangiku is delicious 🥰🌹.

I couldn't get the Shinmasa, so here's to the same Akita Prefecture 🥂. Peach sweetness and then red green apple-like aroma 🍑🍏🍏. A little viscous on the palate with a thick peachy sweetness 😍✨ followed by a little strong acidity 😋🍶😋🍶. As expected of Hanamup! You can't go wrong with any of these ✨

The first aroma of melon starting to sweeten 🍈✨. Beautiful clear sweetness on the palate, and then the clear sweetness comes in gradually and brings the whole thing together 🤤💐. This is the first time I've had a sake made with Snow Goddess and it's so modern and delicious 😋😋😋.
