I bought it because of the "melt-in-your-mouth" taste. There is a vent cap on the lid, and when you open the lid, it makes a "sizzling" sound. When you pour it, it's not sloppy, but thick and oozy! The taste is not so sour and easy to drink! I think I like this one among the cloudy ones.
