It is expensive at 1,200 yen for 90ml, but it is an interesting sake with both bitterness and umami.
I couldn't detect any ginjo aroma, but it was honestly delicious.
But the price is too high.
Selling a 720ml 2,000 yen sake for 90ml 1,200 yen is not good.
