Nobu
The most popular sparkling around! The alcohol content is low at 13%. It tastes like Akabu, but with a strong sweetness. It is the image of a sweet Champagne. I guess the drawback is that the lid is a crown, so you have to drink it all. Is that what sparkling is like?

Although it is labeled as modern Yamahai, it is quite easy to drink. I believe it has 9% alcohol, but it is light and easy to drink like a cocktail. I would like to repeat this handsome

Low alcohol content and clean taste. The acidity is well pronounced, so it will not be hard to finish drinking. Sweet and sour taste

Delicious drinks. Sake that was highly praised in the sake lab. Delicious, but the aftertaste? I'm a little concerned about the aftertaste. Good sake with good cost performance.

First time sogapere effil. The taste is typical for a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. Shinmasa was tamed by acidity, but this one gives the impression of being tamed by bitterness. It is a type I have not had very often, but it is delicious.

I drank at a farewell party. It was well received by everyone. The aroma is grapey. The taste is typical for a sake yeast yeast yeast. I was going to let it rest, but I opened it. It was delicious.

First of all, when I removed the top lid, the crown flew off with a PON! ...... It was chilled, but this is the first time in sake that it suddenly flew off. Tastes a little banana-like in aroma? Carbonated. It says it is dry, but there is zero spiciness, rather a wonderful balance of freshness, sweetness, and acidity. Tedorigawa's seasonal sake never fails me. The last autumn sake I drank was also excellent.

Houou Mita is my favorite brand. This is the first time for me to try wine cellar orikara-mi. I drank it without oriki, but the oriki version is sweeter and more fruity. The carbonation is not very strong.

First direct pumping in a year! I still like this Oroku the best. Modern taste with a firm bitterness. However, it has a clean feeling that does not linger. I think it is the easiest type of Oroku to drink.

First time in a year SNOW CRESCENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's still delicious. There is a sense of gas and lactic acidity. It has an image like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It is easy to drink, but because of its sweetness, it is more suitable for drinking with a simple snack rather than as a mealtime sake.

First time drinking Ippaku Suisei. Christmas version. Tastes like sweet champagne with carbonation? It was hard to get the sweetness out of the stones as the gas drained away: ......

The second level of alcohol I got. I was wondering if it would have a habit because it is a draft sake. After all, it is close to the taste that comes out of imagining the taste of sake. It says it is new sake, but it tastes matured like when I drank Ryujinmaru.

I got the rest of the tasting at the liquor store! (for transferring empty bottles). I think I have some time available from the other party. I feel the alcohol is quite strong. Taste is dry? I have the impression that it is a food sake.

I like Tedorigawa, so this was my first purchase of Yoshida-kura. When I opened the bottle, I felt a little gas. The taste is refreshing, with a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. I was expecting it to have a little bit of a habit because it is Yamahai, but it does not. I would like to buy it again along with Tedorigawa.

Yamamoto with Shinsei's yeast No. 6. Because the brewing process is different, it tasted more like a normal Yamamoto than a Shinsei. I don't know how much the difference is because I didn't compare the two, but I didn't notice much of a difference in the yeast. As for Yamamoto, it's just plain delicious.

It was much less spicy than the Kido I drank before. It is rather sweet. The taste is fresh because it is freshly squeezed, and the aftertaste is clean. (The aftertaste is clean and fresh.)

Rice and agave, which are not exactly sake. The taste is sweet and refreshing. Not much aroma. It's an easy drinking sake, and since it's very sweet, it's good on the rocks or with soda.
