First Tobiroki
When the bottle is first opened, the aroma is weak.
The aroma is faintly melon like.
It may be better to let it air dry a little at room temperature.
The taste is light, refreshing, and light.
You can also taste the umami and acidity, and it has a good crispness.
It's perfect as a midday sake.
Let's leave it for another day and enjoy it again.
.
It's so fizzy that when you open the seal, it uncorks on its own.
It has gas, acidity, and a slight bitterness.
The mouthfeel is softer than Akitsuho.
Both of them are easy to drink.
.
Sounds like champagne when you pull the line out.
More gassy. 🍾
It has no peculiarity and comes in easily.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes after a few days.
.
It was recommended to me by a liquor store in Takasaki, Otsuka Sake Store. 17 degrees does not make you feel it, it is so easy to drink. It's full-bodied and has a slight sourness.
When I left it for a day, it changed to be more solid.
On the palate, there is a hint of sweetness, followed by a lingering aftertaste.
It is a good sake for a meal.
I just noticed that the shipping date is one year ago...
Why is that?
Fresh and fruity
The bubbles are refreshing and light to drink.
This is the first time I've had Kamelei's Kinmon Nishiki, and it's good too!
Purchased from Okazaki Brewery in Ueda
It seemed to sell quite well, and that's all we had left of the bottle, and for the four weekends in September, we got 30% back on PayPay for a great deal.
