I've been looking forward to it so much. From the moment I got it. I was so excited even before I got it. I opened it up and tried it. Fruity? Then there's a pizzazz to it, it's clean and clear and smooth. The sharpness? I think so! It's so good! But... I was expecting it to be more tender and sweet. I was expecting it to be more tender and sweet, so it wasn't what I imagined and I was selfishly disappointed for a moment! LOL! But it's hard to find, so if you have the chance, I hope you'll try it!

Isn't this line amazing? It was really delicious! A little gassy? A little gassy? It had a slightly gassy or swooshy feeling that was completely different from the Genmai, but it was very easy to drink. But I drank so much good sake that it got mixed up in my mouth, and I felt like it was a waste!

Quintessential Wind Forest The gas feeling is awesome. The sound when you open it is also great! It's so tingly it makes me want to soda! But it is very fruity and sweet, not easy to drink, but if you have never had it, you will be surprised!

Comparison of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa and Tojo Yoshikawa's is a bit more tender and not as clear, but it's also much sweeter, and the smell alone is delicious! Tojo is clearer and has a slightly more acidic and gassy taste than Yoshikawa. I was surprised at how much the same Yamada-Nishiki tastes different depending on where it's from. Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Yoshikawa.

The only kiyoshu I've had was the Honotori, and they were both incredibly sweet. I would like to try another kiyoshu to see if it is thicker and sweeter. It was delicious.

Find it and buy it immediately. The second day after I opened it, it felt sweeter than the first day, probably because I drank it with sashimi. I'm really happy that I was able to buy the Shinsei.
