I found this sake at a sake bar in Obihiro and drank it!
The owner explained that it was like a white wine, and indeed, when you put it in your mouth, the fruity white wine-like flavor and acidity were exquisite, and it was so delicious that you wanted to keep sipping it one after another!

Hana-yosu at a sake bar in Obihiro! I smelled the aroma and was surprised! I was like, "Oh my god! Definitely the most gorgeous ginjo aroma ever! I love this smell so much!

Sweet! But it's also very tart and tasty 😳.
I tried it because I found out that kijoshu goes well with ice cream, but the acidity was too strong? I thought it would be better if I drank it by itself without any snacks 👌👌.

A brand I've always wanted to try and happened to be contracted by a liquor store I went to!

I wanted to try the Sentori, which is one of the top ranked on this site, so I had it on all-you-can-drink and ordered it. The moment I drank it! It is hard to describe with my vocabulary. It's hard to describe with my vocabulary, but it tastes like it's refreshing. It was a refreshing taste with a hint of oli (rice wine), which I have never had before!
I would like to try more Sengkyo! This sake had a beautiful oli!
