First time for Senkou Kabutoshi 😊.
Delicious with a sour taste 👌I thought I could feel a little more freshness but it tasted a little different from what I imagined 🤔.
The aroma is fruity with a pear-like scent.
The gaseous sensation in the mouth is really champagne!
It makes me want to drink it in large gulps.
I like it because it is refreshing yet sweet and has almost no alcohol taste 😊.
The freshest I've ever had! You can really feel the gas! Sweet and tasty and refreshing! I love it!
This is good right after opening!
I drank it a while later and it was very heavy.
I found this sake at a sake bar in Obihiro and drank it!
The owner explained that it was like a white wine, and indeed, when you put it in your mouth, the fruity white wine-like flavor and acidity were exquisite, and it was so delicious that you wanted to keep sipping it one after another!
It was so delicious that I wanted to drink as much as I could!
Hana-yosu at a sake bar in Obihiro! I smelled the aroma and was surprised! I was like, "Oh my god! Definitely the most gorgeous ginjo aroma ever! I love this smell so much!
The taste is sweet and delicious!
I loved the aroma so much that I just wanted to keep smelling it.
Freshness and gentle ginjo aroma
Sweet and tasty, with a hint of alcohol on the finish.
It is delicious, but I prefer the standard Junmai Ginjo from Akabu!
Wow! The ginjo aroma is difficult to describe, as I have never smelled anything like it before!
The taste is well-balanced with acidity, sweetness, complexity, and umami.
I had it with tempura, and it went very well with it!
First kijo sake & first shinmasa! 😊
Miraculously came across a rus1 at a liquor store 🥰.
Sweet! But it's also very tart and tasty 😳.
I tried it because I found out that kijoshu goes well with ice cream, but the acidity was too strong? I thought it would be better if I drank it by itself without any snacks 👌👌.
Yonotori, this is the sake I want to drink the most right now. It is amazing that you found it in a liquor store! I certainly want to take the time to savor it on its own.
It's refreshing! It is quite acidic, but not unpleasantly so, and it is very easy to drink!
It really tastes good! I'm afraid I can drink a whole bottle lightly!
A brand I've always wanted to try and happened to be contracted by a liquor store I went to!
The aroma is pear-like as written! The taste is fruity and refreshing on the palate with a little bit of alcohol at the end 😃.
It's low on my list, but it's still very tasty 😊.
It doesn't smell like that...
In the mouth! It's so delicious! I thought!
I was shocked at the taste of this junmai sake!
The sweetness or umami of the rice spreads strongly in the mouth.
I really liked the taste!
Yum!
I really like the fruity aroma and taste!
I have tried it with many things that are supposed to go well with sake, and I think it goes with everything.
I want to always have a bottle of sake at home.
If I were to recommend sake to someone new to sake, I would recommend Akatake!
Fruity and grape-like aroma The aroma is fruity and grape-like.
The gasiness is quite strong and tasty!
I drank it on two separate days, but the first day tasted better to me because of the strong gaseous taste.
It has a sweet taste, but it is also refreshing. The taste was a little complex, like bitterness.
Akabu is still consistently delicious lol!
I feel that there is no mistake that it tastes very much to my liking!
It's a balanced sake with the taste I like.
The sweetness, umami, aroma, and refreshing taste is just right.
I think I may have been around for a while...
I wanted to try the Sentori, which is one of the top ranked on this site, so I had it on all-you-can-drink and ordered it. The moment I drank it! It is hard to describe with my vocabulary. It's hard to describe with my vocabulary, but it tastes like it's refreshing. It was a refreshing taste with a hint of oli (rice wine), which I have never had before!
I would like to try more Sengkyo! This sake had a beautiful oli!
