It took me a little over an hour one way to get there.
Isn't this too delicious?
I like the Yamae Nishiki that I still have left, but this is one of those bottles that makes me think that "beautiful" is what it means.
Freshly opened and tight, it gradually settles down after opening and has a rice feel typical of Gohyakumangoku.
It looks like a trial brand, but it is delicious.
Freshly opened.
There is a feeling of gas. It has a melon-like taste.
There is no bitterness, and the taste is clean.
I sealed it immediately because I wanted to waste it.
I am looking forward to seeing what will happen after opening the bottle.

A gift.
Even if you call it an expensive thing...
But, it is still great, isn't it?
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has this punch.
It is very drinkable.
It's delicious.
The one I've always wondered about.
Sweet to bitter. (A very nice bitterness.)
I've always liked the sweet and sour type, but I really like this one.
I'll have to drink it carefully.
The quality is amazing at this price.
I will never forget the shock I felt when I first drank it.
I had an image that Honjozo was not my cup of tea, but this is the bottle that changed my mind.
It has a nice crispness to it. Delicious.
