This is the first time I have heard of this rice called Mizukagami.
It is a little sweet but has a delicious mild and distinct flavor. I brought some home for drinking 🍶.
Fruity and sweet, this sake is easy to drink without any sticking points.
I was surprised that such a sake existed. It was so good, I bought some to take home!
I was served at a friend's house.
It is refreshingly dry and goes well with sushi. A perfect sake for Japanese food, and one that I would like to continue drinking in small sips.
While the sake was lined up on the sales floor, I bought this one, which had only one bottle left.
It is cloudy and has a sweet but refreshing aftertaste that makes you forget that you are drinking sake. But it doesn't feel light either.
It's soooo good!
It's frustrating that I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it tastes like a thick sake. It goes really well with fermented snacks.
I was surprised later by the 20 degree alcohol content.
The sake is brewed with rice harvested through natural cultivation without relying on fertilizers or pesticides as advocated by Mr. Akinori Kimura, known for his "Miracle Apples.
I remember watching a movie once, and was deeply moved by the fact that my parents are from Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture, just like Mr. Kimura.
Mellow, refreshing, sweet, and delicious😋.
Purchased at a plum wine specialty store.
There was a black cattle-based plum wine in line, but I was interested in this one.
It's crisp and I would like to drink it with white meat fish or sashimi.

Haneya's first hiyaoroshi of the year is my favorite, fruity and mild.
Each one is different and interesting when compared.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor, freshly pressed summer-only sake.
It is a strong, dry sake that tastes great when well chilled. It would go well with salted fish.
