I like Yamagata sake, and this is one of the more gorgeous, not to say sweet, but sweet. I don't know if it was Omachi or Yamadanishiki😖.
The owner offered it to me when I said I wanted something similar because they were out of Hanahayo.

It is not the trendy fruity type, but it goes well with a meal and you may drink too much of it.
It is gorgeous in a way that is typical of the Sakusaku style. This is my first Hakutsuru-nishiki, but it seems to have a strong acidity and sweetness. It is not a good way to drink it, but it is also good on the rocks.
