I took a sip and said, "Noooo! I shouted out.
This is a taste I have never had before. Sweetness, acidity, umami, and bitterness all come together at once. It is a sake with explosive power.
I drank it during dinner, but it was delicious all the way from before to after the meal. The umami does not lose to the meal. This is amazing.
