I bought it because of its stylish wine-like label. It is a nigori sake, which looks and tastes like calpis, a sweet and sour sake. It has a moderate sake-like taste, and I don't think it lacks the sweetness that I tend to find in sweet sake. It was better to enjoy the taste of sake with light dishes rather than strong flavored dishes (my personal best match is sashimi! 🐟)

I selected this sake at a sake shop's Hokuriku Support Fair. It was a collaboration between Noto Suehiro and Azuma Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the earthquake. Personally, I felt some smokiness at first. The aftertaste is refreshing and seems to go well with a variety of meals. I would like to drink this sake with the hope that it will help in the recovery effort.

This sake is like a sake version of "Horoiyoi". Other people have said it is like Spodori or Calpis, but you can really drink it like a juice. It has a slight sake-like taste, but it is not enough for those who are used to drinking sake.

The label is stylish! It has a sweet taste, refreshing and fresh. There is no twinge of alcohol at all, and it has a gentle taste. Personally, I really liked the taste! Recommended for sake beginners. I will drink it with care 🍶.

I chose this sake because I sometimes like to drink a little bit of sake in 300ml bottles. A naturally sparkling junmai sake, it looks like a white nigori sake. It tastes like yogurt, sweet and refreshing! (Maybe not so much fizzy?). The catchphrase is "goes well with meat dishes," and it matched well with the Korean-style braised spare ribs we had for dinner that night. The rich fat of the meat was neutralized and the sake went down a treat. The low alcohol content and refreshing taste make it a good choice for sake beginners and women.

This local sake is famous for its dry taste. I had never had it before, so I took the opportunity to buy it. The sharpness of the sake was very sharp. My personal impression was that this was dry, but I wanted a little more lingering taste. I have reaffirmed my own taste.

Purchased for a birthday celebration for my husband who loves citrus fruits. It is said to have a junmai daiginjo base blended with yuzu and hyuganatsu juice. It is full of citrus aroma and refreshing. It might be good to drink it on the rocks.
