It was unanimously voted the best at Salmon Labo Tokyo! The Mimurosugi that became the Mimurosugi. At home, we have a dewlap style, Junmai Daiginjo. It has a mild sweetness, but it has a sour taste and it is refreshing. But it's not too refreshing, it has a decent bitter aftertaste like a grapefruit. It's a beautiful but not too beautiful (that's a big compliment) drink. Mmmm... Delicious! These will be gone soon. LOL! ...But I like the one that's a bit more intense.
