I drank this in Kanazawa and enjoyed it so much that I bought it back home.
The aroma is weak, and the first sip has a gentle, soft sweetness, but the aftertaste is clean, and the bitterness that remains a little is pleasant. It's a delicious sake. It is very delicious when I drink it at home again.
