I have been enjoying sake purchased at Muto-ya in Sendai Station at home. The flavor of the rice is beautifully transformed into sake, and it goes perfectly with sashimi. It is full-bodied and mild with a clean aftertaste. It is well-balanced, high quality, and delicious.
The trip to Sendai is in its final stage. We are enjoying Ekimasamune on the Shinkansen train. It has a strong sweetness, but it also has a bit of astringency, so it goes perfectly with the sasa-kamaboko.
The leftmost one, Sengen Masamune, resonated the most this time. With a gorgeous aroma and a hint of sweetness, it is a sake that makes you feel happy.
I am currently traveling to Sendai. Therefore, I am receiving sake from Miyagi Prefecture. Unadorned, life-sized sake. It is served at room temperature. It goes well with slightly salty food such as sashimi and pickled eggplant.
First drink of the day.
Refreshing flavor reminiscent of the aroma of wooden barrels. It has a sweet taste and then cuts off cleanly.
It was delicious.
It was a deeply flavored sake with concentrated rice flavor.
It might be good with nabe dishes in the coming season.
We enjoyed it at home with kakiage (deep-fried fish cakes).
