I have been enjoying sake purchased at Muto-ya in Sendai Station at home. The flavor of the rice is beautifully transformed into sake, and it goes perfectly with sashimi. It is full-bodied and mild with a clean aftertaste. It is well-balanced, high quality, and delicious.
