I want to drink the first drink of a second party of one...that's what it tastes like.
Of course, even the first drink...

It's a very strong drink, no fruity taste, no sweetness, just like it's supposed to make you cry...

Second cup. I will have it at room temperature.
First sip, slight cemedine feeling → slight melon banana type aroma → crisp alcohol aftertaste.
Throughout the entire experience, one senses a delicious flavor that is not sweetness.
This is the kind of sake that can be enjoyed all the way to the end without getting dull.
Throw in some ice.
It tastes refreshing all at once!
It would also make a good meal otomotivator.
I would like to drink it hot.
