Asahikawa Agricultural High School's "Sake Project
Kitashizuku.
Fire-brewed sake for a long time.
Low aroma, strong junmai flavor!
An orthodox and delicious sake.
First time for a beetle.
I've seen them in stores before, but...
It's not that I'm avoiding them.
The first bite...
Acid!
Acid!
I thought SENKYO was supposed to be characterized by acidity.
This sake is especially characterized by acidity!
I think it's delicious.
(*Next time...don't write about it...)
My wife's reaction was not good...
The display we have been avoiding...
It is "super dry".
It's not that I've never had it.
I don't have any bad memories of it, but...
If it's alcoholic spiciness
Shochu or whiskey.
This is awesome good!
It's spicy, too, with a punch of 17 degrees in the original.
but not too much.
This is the kind of sake I would drink.
Even my wife, who usually doesn't drink more, had another glass.
Why haven't I had any Amanoto?
I need to drink more!
Asamai-san!
It's delicious!
I bought a small one last year and regretted it.
A bottle!
Of course, it has Tamagawa's typical richness, but
But I can drink it easily.
It is such a nomasal sake.
I was going to leave half of it at room temperature until winter, but...
Might have to buy another bottle while it's still on the store shelves...
The one next to it is an empty bottle that I washed, transferred, and refrigerated.
Sentori, long time no see!
Kame-no-o, for the first time! It was always Omachi.
This juiciness and acidity is still Sentori!
Delicious!
It's hard to get a hold of it these days because of the price range.
But I still want to drink it!
I'll have to get another!
I put it to bed for a while...
One sip and it's good! Not just good, but delicious!
It has the character of a pure sake, but it is not heavy.
I drank it with the image of Ezo-no-Kuma, but it does not have a fruity feel. It has a freshness that is unique to nama-shu!
I like the aftertaste that comes on hard and then recedes quickly!
Not the cosiest of the bunch by any means, but...
I'll buy it again next year!
I wonder if we can get some of the limited edition sake from Kinpitaiku, Kunimare, and Tanaka in Hokkaido?
I've given up on the freshly pressed Kitanokatsu...
Good evening, taka-saru5 🌙😃❗
Farmer's sake, I also drank it deliciously 😁 it became more delicious day by day even after opening ̄¬ ̄ don't give up on Kitanokatsu Shiboritate ❗There are about 500 bottles this year from last year but it's increasing every year 😉.
Oh wow!!! I'm so glad you could comment 🙏🙏🙏 Don't drink too much today! I see you're getting more and more freshly pressed Kitanokatsu every year! I wish I could buy it in Sapporo 😅not so easy 😁💦Menshu-Ou has a lot of different sake................................................urayama! I'm so glad to hear that 🤤🤤.
Wind Forest, long time no see.
We can't get Shinsei anymore, so...
I have to drink it mindfully.
Which is different from your impression?
Refreshingly fresh, with a hint of uri.
Piri-piri aftertaste.
Delicious!
I want to drink the first drink of a second party of one...that's what it tastes like.
Of course, even the first drink...
Then I'd cry if I were a 2nd-grade ojisan 💦.
It's a very strong drink, no fruity taste, no sweetness, just like it's supposed to make you cry...
Some aging?
Tastes like a firm rice!
The aftertaste is crisp!
But I think I drank something similar with Chitose-Tsuru sake...
My memory is vague.
If so, the cospa...
Well, I haven't drank Chitose-Tsuru recently... I need to compare...
Okay, I didn't compare it to Funaguchi!
Second cup. I will have it at room temperature.
First sip, slight cemedine feeling → slight melon banana type aroma → crisp alcohol aftertaste.
Throughout the entire experience, one senses a delicious flavor that is not sweetness.
This is the kind of sake that can be enjoyed all the way to the end without getting dull.
Throw in some ice.
It tastes refreshing all at once!
It would also make a good meal otomotivator.
I would like to drink it hot.
I've had a sip, and this is the one I like!!!
I think, "This is the drink I like.
It's refreshing and crisp, but that's not all.
but that's not all.
It has a core flavor.
It's not something you'd expect to find.
It's an ordinary sake, in a good way. And a delicious one.
Since Sweet. The second Raifuku.
I thought it was a sweet fruity type.
As the label says, it was light (?) and dry. It was dry.
However, I could taste a hint of sweetness?
290 yen including tax.
First time purchasing a bottle of sake.
I heard it was cosy...
Full of juicy feeling.
With a bottle, I don't feel like I'm getting less, so I drink more and more.
This is great... no, no, no.
This is bad booze.
Firm taste
Slight sweetness, firm bitterness →.
It is quick and sharp.
Niseko is still delicious.
The first time I drank it was at my late uncle's place.
Before I got into sake.
← I wanted to go out to drink once...
I drank the blue label.
It was a fire-retardant one at the time.
I can't remember what it tastes like.
It must have been delicious.
First bite, dull impression.
As you drink it with hokki gohan (rice with hokki) and hokke-jiru (hokke soup)
It is slowly tightening up.
The taste and aroma are faint.
← Not very subtle or complex.
However, it resets the palate without being obnoxious.
A sake that accompanies a meal.
I don't feel the drink has any personality.
You're drinking it smoothly. That's the kind of sake I like.
I guess this is what they mean by "food wine".
I love this kind of thing!
Mouthfuls of Pleasure (a big mistake).
It's usually tasty.
It doesn't taste toxic (in a good way or a bad way) like fugu.
A taste of sake that makes you feel relieved.
If I could drink this consistently, I would be happy.
New products from Pine, Bamboo and Plum?
A sip.
Super banana.
Say it again.
Super banana.
And the cemedine feeling afterwards.
Same lineage as "Scent 877"...
I thought about it then too, but I can't take this scent.
It's like some kind of banana flavoring.
I wonder if there is a normal liquor in this aroma lineage...
I know some people like it.
Sorry.
I'm definitely a Kiku-Masamune gin packer.
Finally...
I've never had...
A sip.
A tremendous punch.
The sweetness and richness is followed by the strength of the alcohol...
Freshness rather than fruity.
After a while, this intoxicating feeling...
19 degrees.
I'm amazed that any convenience store/supermarket would carry such a fresh brew... Amazing!
I am very satisfied with a bottle, but I am a weak drinker and cannot easily drink on my way home from a business trip.
Frankly, it's delicious!!!
I'm getting drunk...
As you drink more, you begin to taste bitterness, but it is not unpleasant.
I guess I haven't had a shock when I drank it since Strong Zero...
Tastes great!" It is not a shock, but rather a feeling of knocking everything down.
Punching power?
I don't have the vocabulary for it.
Sweet!
Delicious!
But with no aftertaste!
← Vocabulary...
Thankfully I got to drink it again this year...
I will taste it thoroughly, knowing that I will not be able to drink it again.
