Suddenly I knew Cecesion! A new category! The fruitiness is firm until the first few sips, and then you start to feel the acidity. From there, you start to feel the acidity. The sweetness is felt all the way through. It is like a sweet wine made from rice. This is good for a regular sake! I think... I'm not sure I would recommend it to others. As for my recent tastes, I value a clean aftertaste, but this is heavy. I'm left with a feeling of discomfort that I can't verbalize. More natural sweetness and aroma than Subaru. But I'm still a gin-pack guy.

I haven't had pure Dai since when... Lately I've been shifting to less abrasive liquors. This is my third sake from Asamai. The last two were all mega hits! Here's another one: ......... I love it!!! I love it!!! It's pure and tasty! It's got body too! The aroma is modest (you can feel it in the first sip!). The aroma is moderate (you can feel it in the first sip!). Clear and sharp! Niseko's Ginpu, standard sake. Taste it at room temperature... Not dry, but rather full, mellow, and robust. I don't know how long it's been since I've had it, but I warmed it up. Tastes great! I had forgotten how good it tastes warmed up because of the warmth of the house. Let's take our time and enjoy it!

First sake brewery. Shimane sake. A full-flavored, robust Junmai sake. Yet it is not heavy. Goes well with salted fish. As the label says, it looks good warmed up! It's not what you'd call ordinary, but it's got a lot going on at the edges. It's ordinary, but the edges are full and rich. This is the kind of sake I like.
