Ezo-no-kuma...I end up buying it. Juicy and firm! The bitter aftertaste follows. I thought it was sweet, but it was +2. Makes me want to drink this kind of sake! It's hard to believe it's a junmai ginjo. I have a prejudice against junmai ginjos...

I haven't had pure Dai since when... Lately I've been shifting to less abrasive liquors. This is my third sake from Asamai. The last two were all mega hits! Here's another one: ......... I love it!!! I love it!!! It's pure and tasty! It's got body too! The aroma is modest (you can feel it in the first sip!). The aroma is moderate (you can feel it in the first sip!). Clear and sharp! It can be said that there is a sense of ←alcohol. I knew it was good... I like Asamai, the best! *Great price too!!!

Niseko's Ginpu, standard sake. Taste it at room temperature... Not dry, but rather full, mellow, and robust. I don't know how long it's been since I've had it, but I warmed it up. Tastes great! I had forgotten how good it tastes warmed up because of the warmth of the house. Let's take our time and enjoy it!

First sake brewery. Shimane sake. A full-flavored, robust Junmai sake. Yet it is not heavy. Goes well with salted fish. As the label says, it looks good warmed up! It's not what you'd call ordinary, but it's got a lot going on at the edges. It's ordinary, but the edges are full and rich. This is the kind of sake I like.

Since Pimmaru! Boom! And tasty! Sake with a solid feel! This is my type of sake now! It has a slight freshness and a sense of having been laid down. What do you mean by "a sense of freshness"? Please refrain from saying, "What do you mean by "feeling"? I am writing my impressions based on the atmosphere. I can feel the 17 degrees Celsius is very drinkable!

The one I bought after consulting with the store for a long time. I forget what image I asked for... but this was the first one they recommended! The one I like this type of thing! Moderate aroma, moderate body, and a strong sake taste... I love that this is a classic sake! I don't know why I avoided Kamo Kanehide... Of course not! I'll drink it properly next time!

When I buy alcohol here. I think to myself, "I'm sure it's good, but the price is too expensive. I think, 'I'm sure, but the price is too high. In my head, I'm still in deflation... But I was attracted by the "dry" (not that I like dry) label, so I bought it. One bite... Oh! It still tastes like Kamikawa Taisetsu, and the dryness follows in the aftertaste. The taste is simpler than usual. Of course, it's delicious!

Junmai Ginjo has been a long time coming. Lately, it seems like all I've had is sake that hasn't been shaved... I was attracted by the description "Brut" (dry sparling wine?). I was attracted by the description "Brut (dry sparling wine?)". I was caught off guard by the description "neat"... One sip... A bite! Oh, no! It's not "light"! It's "clean" and definitely has definition! It tastes good! Umami, spicy, and refreshing! That's exactly what it tastes like! Spicy and refreshing may be "alcoholic", but with a meal, it's just as good! If there's a barbecue, I want to bring this! I'll buy it again next year! I love this.

I left it for a while... A bite... !!! It's like white wine! I don't usually like to use such an analogy, but this is something else! But this is on a different level! Astringency, bitterness, harshness... It's like a white wine itself. And a delicious one. After all, is it possible to get this kind of taste from a sake rice called "Shunyo" that produces a lot of "4mmp"? But to put it worse. If it's this kind of white wine, drink white wine... No, I'm on my second glass, and I'm wondering if it's sake with a good hit on the palate and a clean aftertaste? It doesn't leave any residue on the palate. (*I would also say it is lighter (than wine)? But you can't tell unless you are told. Recently, a big shock! Such a unique drink! 1,760 yen including tax... easy to use if you can get it consistently! Easy to drink! Nice!

I kind of wanted to drink a standard drink, so I bought it. It's been a while since I talked to the clerk. 1,045 yen including tax! Great cosmetics! Not for beginners, but you won't get tired of drinking it, and you'll keep on drinking it........ It's served cold, but would it be better heated up? In the mouth, it has a spiciness that comes from the alcohol, and a slight flavor of rice. 〜It has a slight rice flavor, but it lingers in the mouth. It is not that sharp or sharp. This smoothness is also good.

Maybe this is the first time I've had a second fermentation in the bottle... I had a hard time opening it... I had an image of a sweet and fruity sake, but... But this one tastes as dry as the label says! It's so refreshing! Great for outdoors! I know it says "for outdoors", but if I drank something like this instead of beer, I'd be in big trouble... This is for cooking! Oh no, it's delicious!

First time for a beetle. I've seen them in stores before, but... It's not that I'm avoiding them. The first bite... Acid! Acid! I thought SENKYO was supposed to be characterized by acidity. This sake is especially characterized by acidity! I think it's delicious. (*Next time...don't write about it...) My wife's reaction was not good...

The display we have been avoiding... It is "super dry". It's not that I've never had it. I don't have any bad memories of it, but... If it's alcoholic spiciness Shochu or whiskey. This is awesome good! It's spicy, too, with a punch of 17 degrees in the original. but not too much. This is the kind of sake I would drink. Even my wife, who usually doesn't drink more, had another glass. Why haven't I had any Amanoto? I need to drink more! Asamai-san! It's delicious!

I bought a small one last year and regretted it. A bottle! Of course, it has Tamagawa's typical richness, but But I can drink it easily. It is such a nomasal sake. I was going to leave half of it at room temperature until winter, but... Might have to buy another bottle while it's still on the store shelves... The one next to it is an empty bottle that I washed, transferred, and refrigerated.

I put it to bed for a while... One sip and it's good! Not just good, but delicious! It has the character of a pure sake, but it is not heavy. I drank it with the image of Ezo-no-Kuma, but it does not have a fruity feel. It has a freshness that is unique to nama-shu! I like the aftertaste that comes on hard and then recedes quickly! Not the cosiest of the bunch by any means, but... I'll buy it again next year! I wonder if we can get some of the limited edition sake from Kinpitaiku, Kunimare, and Tanaka in Hokkaido? I've given up on the freshly pressed Kitanokatsu...
