The tingling and fizzy sensation is irresistible.
It is still quite delicious.
I like it so much that if I were a strong drinker, I would open a four-pack of it.
"He who runs after two hares will catch them both."
What a great title, ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
First of all, the rabbit is cute and sneaky.
And it's delicious.
A little dry, I guess.
This is also irresistible.
I found a sake that I love quite a bit.
I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.
I also enjoyed the stages that change with the passage of time, changes in temperature, and contact with the air.
I drank it on three separate days and each was delicious.
After a short period of sobriety.
I haven't had sake in a while, here's a handsome
Sake Future, in a daze, was sold out at every store and I finally found it.
Yes, it is delicious.
The first day I opened the bottle, it was different than I expected, but from the second day on, I liked it a lot.
I still like Akabu the best ♡.
Fruity and tangy.
Delicious~!
I like Akabu so much that if there was a store near my house
I like Akabu so much that I would go there if there was a store near my house that carried it.
Local sake.
When I buy good sake in my neighborhood, I usually choose Toyobai.
Perhaps it is because it is unique to Aomori.
The apple aroma and refreshing taste make it the perfect sake for a meal.
This is the standard Toyobai, but every time a limited edition is released, I send it to my family members who love Toyobai.
I was going to drink it carefully, but it tastes too good.
I can drink it so easily.
I really like its fresh and fruity taste.
As always, I can't get enough of Akabu no matter what I drink.
A gift.
It's been a long time since I've had a dry one.
It is sometimes.
When I started drinking sake
I remember I used to drink dry sake when I started drinking sake.
We drank it over dinner at a barbecue restaurant near our house.
It is a local sake.
I knew it was good, just as everyone says it is.
I also like the fresh and refreshing taste.
I didn't know much about the brand, but it was easy to drink and went well with grilled meat.
It is very fruity, like muscat.
The aroma also includes banana.
The tingling and refreshing taste is the best!
Huh, it is still delicious.
There is no hassle with Akabu.
I like Akabu a lot.
My mouth was happy♡.
Today's side dish was
Sashimi
Bean-curd soup seasoned with red pepper
and although there is no photo, it is oden with cancerous mushrooms.
Purchased at a local liquor store.
Smells like chocolate.
Like smoked nuts?
An unusual flavor.
I wonder, what is this feeling.
But it's a feeling I get from time to time.
To be honest, I personally might not like it too much 😅.
Recommended food pairings
I wonder if I could enjoy it with grilled eel, smoked salmon and steamed gyoza.
The aroma is like pear and lychee.
The fresh and bouncy taste is great no matter how many times you drink it.
In fact, I like it so much that I can enjoy it without snacks. I like it so much that I can drink it easily.
The snacks are as follows,
Meat Tofu
Sashimi of kanpachi (yellowtail)
Baked yam (bought)
I drank it for the first time. Toyo Bijin.
Very fruity, with a scent of pine muscat ♡(like a banana 🍌 after a while)
(like banana after some time 🍌)
How sweet and gorgeous!
This is so delicious.
I love it!
I'm about to finish the four-pack right away.
But I've decided not to drink more than 2 gou a day at home, or maybe 3 gou today..,
I didn't have the energy to stop by the supermarket on my way home from work, so I made a simple breakfast-like snack with what I had in the fridge: rolled egg, grilled salmon, chilled tofu, and salted squid. But they all go well together.
I discovered that dashimaki tamago goes especially well with sake.
Everything goes well with good sake.
Toyo Bijin
Hon-nama-shu
Good morning, MAYU 😃.
Congratulations on your first bottle of Toyo Bijin ㊗️ 🎉
We too have a rule of no more than one four-pack per two people, but we tend to break it 😆 Tsumami with something from the fridge ‼️ This is a great way to drink 😋.
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😁Thanks for your comment 😁Thanks for your comment ✨Your first Toyo Bijin✨is the best 😆🤩I'm jealous that you and your husband can enjoy sake together ✨My husband doesn't drink at all 😂.
I love the lychee-like aroma and the banana-like fruity taste. I like it very much.
I'm also glad that it's 375ml and is a good size to drink.
The snacks were some namul we bought, some nice salted squid, and raw oyster ajipon.
The spicy namul enhances the gassy feeling, and the raw oysters bring out the sweetness, making my mouth too happy.
Mayu-san, good evening 🌇 Nice bowl, nice snacks 😊, and the wind forest looks great. I didn't know there was a 375ml size. I didn't know that, but I'd like to buy some next time I find it.
Hi, I'm learning 🌞Thanks for your comment... I love the bowl 😁375ml, when I found it, I thought I had it too! I bought it. It was delicious and not enough but not too much to drink ☺️🫶
I found this sake at a store I happened to walk into yesterday.
The 300ml is good for when you want to try a little bit of it.
It is mild with a hint of nutty aroma. Easy to drink.
The side dish was simmered radish and chicken wings that I had stewed since yesterday.
I had simmered daikon radish and chicken wings since yesterday.
When I ate it, I sprinkled a dash of flavor on it.
They go very well together, and both are very good.
Today's drink is a local sake, Toyobai. I sometimes feel like drinking it. It is mellow, yet refreshing and easy to drink. No wonder it has so many fans.
When I drink Aomori sake, I tend to want to use Tsugaru biidoro.
This sake cup has a design called "Hanabi" (fireworks).
The side dishes are as follows,
Firefly squid with miso mayo
smoked celery and squid with vinegared miso
simmered sardine with ume plum paste (bought)
This is the second day since I switched on the idea of making snacks for dinner.
I tend to choose such things when I go shopping for dinner. It's actually fun.
This one was also found at a liquor store in Tokyo and shipped home.
The gasiness is irresistible.
Fresh and fruity.
Muscat atmosphere. It is so sweet and sour.
Today's snacks are salted squid and bean sprout namul. We also enjoyed fried vegetables and nameko mushroom soup as supper dinner.
Akabu no Omachi, which I found when I went to Tokyo for a visit and shipped home.
The mouthfeel is a bit dry, but fresh like a green apple.
It is a little dry but fresh like a green apple.
It is delicious and easy to drink.
