Today's drink is a local sake, Toyobai. I sometimes feel like drinking it. It is mellow, yet refreshing and easy to drink. No wonder it has so many fans.
When I drink Aomori sake, I tend to want to use Tsugaru biidoro.
This sake cup has a design called "Hanabi" (fireworks).
The side dishes are as follows,
Firefly squid with miso mayo
smoked celery and squid with vinegared miso
simmered sardine with ume plum paste (bought)
This is the second day since I switched on the idea of making snacks for dinner.
I tend to choose such things when I go shopping for dinner. It's actually fun.
