I found this sake at a store I happened to walk into yesterday.
The 300ml is good for when you want to try a little bit of it.
It is mild with a hint of nutty aroma. Easy to drink.
The side dish was simmered radish and chicken wings that I had stewed since yesterday.
I had simmered daikon radish and chicken wings since yesterday.
When I ate it, I sprinkled a dash of flavor on it.
They go very well together, and both are very good.
