What is this sour?
Summer Sake Goldfish label, said to have about twice the acidity.
It was so sour that it seemed to dissolve the enamel of my teeth, and it didn't suit my palate.
I heard that there is a version without acidity.
We had it at a corner restaurant.
It has a pleasant texture on the tongue and a smooth finish. It is elegant with a pleasant sharpness and a firm umami taste.
Craft saké made with muskmelon. The image is like a melon shake for adults.
It has the flavor and sweetness of melon soda.
I think it's a rare one, but I don't think I'll try it again. I usually drink melon soda.
Moderately matured "Shizen Shu" is packed fresh. It is an autumn-aged type that has become more flavorful and mellow.
I personally like this type of sake.
