Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Is it my imagination? I have no complaints, and I still like the same type, but I wonder if my taste buds have changed? When I evaluate it calmly, I can taste the flavor and the sharpness is good. It is not fruity, but it is slightly sweet and well-balanced. It is a good sake!

The brewery's toji may have passed away, but the truth is still unknown. We will be very grateful for the sake. I'll have it cold. The color is clear, but the yellow color is quite discernible. The top aroma has a strong pure alcohol aroma. It flows smoothly on the palate. The taste has a slight, weak acidity, and the umami of the rice seeps out slowly. It has a gentle, somewhat Aizan-like quality, and there is almost no bitterness. It has a mild and rounded flavor. It's probably not the same as bottled tailored, but I appreciated it and enjoyed it. New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

I bought it two years ago when I visited the brewery in the fall. Somehow I lost the chance to drink it and had it in the back of my refrigerator. This sake is made mainly from glutinous rice and is treated as a liqueur because it contains mulberry leaves and cinnamon. My personal first impression was that it reminded me of Yomeishu, the sake that my father used to drink when I was a child and I was allowed to lick a drop of it. The slight sweetness and medicinal aroma of mulberry and cinnabar is refreshing and easy to drink when mixed with lemon soda water

The 2nd glass Wadarai Dry Junmai This is also a brand I've never had before! Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity! It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.
