My relatives bought this souvenir for me when they visited the brewery on a business trip to Kumamoto.
The brewery is located near the Tsujunkyo Bridge, which is an important cultural asset. The Tsujunkyo Bridge is the only stone arch aqueduct that can discharge water and is said to be one of the largest in modern times. The water is still sent to the nearby plateau, and at first I wondered if the sake was brewed with the water and the rice grown there.

The low alcohol content of the sake makes it go down smoothly without a hitch. It is like water...but there is a delicious flavor on the side of the tongue. You can taste rice and acidity.

As I learned more about sake in my sake tasting, I began to understand the sake I wanted and liked somewhat from the specifications on the label.
I have been buying sake in stores and on trips, but recently I have been torn between wanting to fill up my sake map and wanting to get the sake I really want (and want to drink) out of my limited salary. I bought some sake from Kumamoto Miyazaki by mail order.
I really wanted to go to Kumamoto-Miyazaki and have a drink with local snacks, but I was able to discard the notion that "Kyushu is for shochu" early on, and I realized that brewers everywhere in Japan are earnest in their efforts to make good sake, with a passion to produce good sake.
I started Sake-no-wa and typed such a long sentence for the first time, but I could only type 500 words.
