profile iconSakeya-no-Endo-san A store right on Mizuki Shigeru Road. The owner will tell you everything you need to know. There was no Haru green this time! I bought a Yokai no Kakushi Sake and others. Banana melon type aroma to sweetness. Alcoholic to sharp, It is a solid sake that is easy to drink. I enjoyed it with cheese and bean crackers after crab. I recommend drinking it on the rocks due to its high alcohol content.

profile icon🏠 100% Japanese food today So I opened the second bottle😊. It's a cute cup but what's inside is Sake 🍶. Grilled scallops with Tasake sauce hokke (hokke) Sauteed burdock root pickled sweet potato with wasabi etc. When eating Japanese food, it is good to immerse yourself in traditional Japanese sake ( **∏♬♬*) sometimes😊. I bought it because of the cute cup 😁.

profile iconMy relatives bought this souvenir for me when they visited the brewery on a business trip to Kumamoto. The brewery is located near the Tsujunkyo Bridge, which is an important cultural asset. The Tsujunkyo Bridge is the only stone arch aqueduct that can discharge water and is said to be one of the largest in modern times. The water is still sent to the nearby plateau, and at first I wondered if the sake was brewed with the water and the rice grown there. The aroma is slightly subdued. The aroma is slightly subdued, with a hint of rice and sourness. The low alcohol content of the sake makes it go down smoothly without a hitch. It is like water...but there is a delicious flavor on the side of the tongue. You can taste rice and acidity. After opening the bottle, the rice flavor gradually increases. However, it does not stray from the path, and the taste is reassuring. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste or strange aftertaste, and as the concept suggests, it can be drunk from daytime and is also delicious with light Japanese food.

profile iconLast Miyazaki, National Conquest 😋. Starting with a certain famous sake from Yamagata brought by a friend, I was swamped, and for two and a half years I pursued my ideal without getting bored out of my wits. I finally found the fruity and aromatic sake that seemed to be brewed with my favorite local CEL-24 yeast. As I learned more about sake in my sake tasting, I began to understand the sake I wanted and liked somewhat from the specifications on the label. I have been buying sake in stores and on trips, but recently I have been torn between wanting to fill up my sake map and wanting to get the sake I really want (and want to drink) out of my limited salary. I bought some sake from Kumamoto Miyazaki by mail order. I really wanted to go to Kumamoto-Miyazaki and have a drink with local snacks, but I was able to discard the notion that "Kyushu is for shochu" early on, and I realized that brewers everywhere in Japan are earnest in their efforts to make good sake, with a passion to produce good sake. I started Sake-no-wa and typed such a long sentence for the first time, but I could only type 500 words. It was delicious even in my dreams! Thank you!

profile icon#Funabori# We are drinking at home with sea chicken. Just open the can and put it on a plate! Nothing more 😁. It doesn't interfere with the strong flavor of the sake 😆. By the way, is it just me, or do the words on the label seem to stand out when you take a picture of it? It's stylish.

profile icon@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

profile iconThe bottle on the right was opened three days ago. The left is a new bottle. When cold, it is a full-bodied sake with the umami of rice, as if the white rice is being smothered. When warmed up, it became sweeter and softer. It was a relaxing taste.
