ルテルテミThis is one of Sukumasa's New Year set. The timing was good, as I was able to drink Mimuro Cedar's Minamiki Oke Bodai Hashiro Minamiki Oke-1 just after attending the Bodai Hashiro Sake Festival at Shoreki-ji Temple. I'm a person who is easily interested in other things😅. The aroma was melon-like, and I was relieved to find that it did not smell like the pickles I had imagined. When I put it in my mouth, I could smell the aroma of wooden vats and cedar wood, and the complex flavor was intertwined with a rich but clean sweetness. On the second day, the taste was even more integrated and delicious. It went well with duck sukiyaki and hamburgers. I would like to try the other barrels, but they are too expensive for me to afford 😂.

ヤスベェFridge wide open...just a little break😅 Today, the wife suddenly said let's have yakiniku at home😅. So we went to her parents' house with some meat and sake 😀. I say parents' house, but we just went up to the room right above theirs in the same apartment 😀. My father-in-law is a beer drinker by nature, but since we were going to be there, I thought of a few things to drink with him 😀. I wanted to find a sake that would be a little low in alcohol and would help to wash away the oil from the meat... so I decided to stop the special sake series for a while and chose Sansudo 😀. Of course, it used to be a rare sake that was hard to find for me, but bouken told me about it and now I have 4-5 bottles of it in my fridge at home as a staple 😀. As I expected, it washed away the oil from the grilled meat, while keeping the taste of the sake, and my father-in-law also enjoyed it.

Nf bapakI was caught off guard and poof! The lid flew off! I knew it was effervescent when I got it at the store, but I had no idea it was this effervescent. It was slightly effervescent on the palate, though. As expected from Sansho, it is delicious. It is simply delicious. Tomorrow is our important wedding anniversary, so I'm going to open a nice bottle of sake and toast with my wife. Purchased from Sukumasa, thank you very much.

ルテルテミI was able to purchase this bottle at the first set sale of the New Year. I am thankful that I was able to drink the dragon zodiac bottle with my mother, who is a New Year's Eve woman for the eighth time this year. It was a "500 check-in" for this sake, which is not easy to drink. The bottle was so energetic that the cork started to lift from the middle of opening the bottle. There were a few fine bubbles in the glass. The aroma is fluffy with a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, it has a mild acidity and an elegant flavor like apple ibis. The fresh flavor is so delicious that it is hard to believe that it is made with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The alcohol content of 13 degrees does not stop there.

ヤスベェLast comparison of the year... day 2 of the San-Do 😀. On the second day, the schwarziness subsides and the true taste of San-do becomes more apparent 😀. The wife seems to like the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki rice more and more, while I find the citrusy sweetness of the Homasu 4 Nozomaki more delicious 😀. Simply put, both are still delicious 😀. This year has been a really good year for me, as I started drinking sake and got to know Sake-no-wa and many wonderful sake and many Sake-no-wa friends 😀. I hope to see you again next year. 🙇‍♀️ I wish you all a very happy new year 😀.

ヤスベェFinally, I finished my work yesterday and today it feels like the end of the year 😀. Today and tomorrow, I have chosen my favorite sansho for a special year-end drinking comparison 😀. I'm entering Yamadanishiki San-no-no-nozo and Homasu Shi-no-no-nozo. I know it's a bit far away from here, but bouken-san told me about a store that carries San-do, and I started to go there often to check it out, so this is a miraculous collaboration for me 😀. I have to say, it's hard to choose one over the other 😅. The taste is the basic sundo, but the color and aroma are different from each other 😀. By the way, the first day's taste comparison concluded that I prefer the more fruity Hozasu and the wife likes the more rice-scented Yamadanishiki 😀. I'm looking forward to the second day's taste comparison tomorrow 😀.

ヤスベェToday's new sake is Mutsu Hachisen's new ogara-mi sake. At a glance, it's so transparent that you can't tell which part is orizumi 😅. It's so transparent that you can't tell which part is orizumi 😅. I prepared a mixture of the top clear liquid and a mixture of the top clear liquid to test it out 😀. I compared the two with Fuyuhiguma, Kido, and Sanndo 😀. The one that surprised me was the Hakusen😳. The taste is totally different before and after the light stirring 😅. It doesn't look that different but the taste is totally different 😳 Of course it tastes much better when mixed 😀. This sake was a sake that is perfected by mixing 😀. By the way, the result of the drinking comparison was a memorable Bussando for me and a Rikuhachisen for the wife who loves new things 😀.

ヤスベェThe sake that made me complete my round-the-Japan trip, Sundo 😀 I spent my school days and have the most memories of Kumamoto's sake, Sundo, but I couldn't find it in Osaka, so I asked a friend from my school days to get it for me, but this time I was able to buy it normally at a store 😀. Actually, I visited there once and they didn't have it in stock, so I gave up on it. I visited this store once and gave up because they didn't have it in stock, but my friend Bouken recommended me to go there again and I was able to get a new bottle of San-no Yuzuru 😀. The taste matched that mouth-watering sizzling sensation, and it was very delicious 😀. I compared them all, I like them all but I liked the memorable Bussando the best 😀. By the way, the wife said that she would drink Kido no matter what 😀.

boukenI was curious about this sake since Nemuchi-san drank it at the event. Maru-san drank it first and was looking forward to opening it. The name "Yuri Shizukuri" comes from the name of the president and chief brewer, Mr. Yuri Inoue. The lees are submerged, and when mixed, it turns light and cloudy. It has a fresh, melon-like flavor. The acidity is quite strong, and the sweetness fades out with a slight bitterness at the end. Leading sake stores in the Kansai region have started to handle it one after another.

boukenI drank Denshogiku Oriagarami about 3 years ago, so I bought this one this time. It has a pear-like sweetness with a nice gas accent. The ogara-mi is delicious, but too sweet, so I think this is the one I can drink without getting tired of it. This one is too delicious too. If it's your favorite flavor, you'll drink it down fast😅.

boukenThe rice used is comet. It has a stronger body and darker taste than Aomi. It has a gaseous taste and a rich tropical fruit-like sweet flavor. Kangiku is delicious no matter what you drink. The rice flavor is also quite strong. I think I prefer Aomi. However, if you drink it after a strong sweet nigori sake, the sweetness will be reduced and you won't be able to taste it, so I think it is important to drink them in order. I bought Aizan at a non-specialty store for an additional price, so it has been three years since I bought it at a speciality store. I regretted going to Sukumasa in the past, but I didn't buy any of the chrysanthemums in the line 😅. When I went to buy Hoshikai, there was also Aokai in line, so I took both home with me😊. It has a sweet and tasty flavor with a sourness like apple. It is so easy to drink that you can drink as much as you want. This is the kind of taste I'm looking for. It's so good. I think I'm going to finish it soon. I found out after I bought it that the rice is Dewa Sanbaku. It tastes better than Eiko-Fuji and Takachiyo, which I prefer, but I can't go buy it often... I think a lot of people will drink this because it's so easy to drink 🤣.

boukenI went to Sukumasa to maintain my GW points. I was wondering what to buy since the natural farming of San-do was expensive and Eiko-Fuji-Aizan was sold out, so I chose this one. I thought it was the first time, but it seemed to be a renewal of the one I drank two years ago. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a fine gasiness. The end taste is a bitterness. It has a light taste typical of summer sake. I think it has more bitterness than other Koshi. Not that this one wasn't good, but the next time I don't find something I want in Sukumasa, I'll go for the Masamune instrumental 😁. It's been 3 days since I opened it and it's getting sweeter and better. I think it's rare to find a Kouko that rises from the bottom.
