There was a new sake from Yokoyama, so we bought this one too. I opened the bottle after drinking the first batch of Ohroku. It is fresh, aromatic and delicious. It is fruity and gassy, but not as much as Ohroku.

The bottle is opened and closed about 20 times, and the mash comes up from the bottom. The process of opening the bottle is an activity and fun. There is no supernatant, but you can taste three levels of the sense of mashiness: upper, middle, and lower. My friends were satisfied that it was dry and delicious 😀.

While Toichi is fuller and richer, Kei is clearer and fresher with a long lingering finish. My friends who are accompanying me said, "I can see why you would be addicted to this if you drink such delicious sake all the time. It's delicious, isn't it😋?

It is fresh with a good flavor and a relatively good body. It is nice to have Saga sake in Miyazaki. I was torn between the Yokoyama and the Toichi, but I decided to go with the Toichi.

TATSURIKI - Orthodox super-harsh junmai sake orikagarumi nama 720ml Raw material rice: Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 80 Alcohol 15%. This is the second bottle from Toshiro Kono Sake Brewery. It is certainly dry. I thought it was a new sake, but it seems to be different. I thought it was new sake, but apparently it is not. Since Oroku is also aged at the brewery, it seems that they received two bottles that were not aged at the time of new sake. The Akabu was carried over to the next day 😀.

Oroku Izumo Kojiya Junmai Nigori R3BY 720ml It took about 10 minutes to open the bottle. I slowly turned the cork, closed the cork when bubbles appeared, turned the cork slowly when the bubbles subsided, and closed the cork again. I managed to open the bottle without any spillage. It has a foamy nigori taste and bounces in the mouth. I paired it with unari sushi. I was satisfied with its dry and sharp taste.

It was recommended by the waiter, so I bought it. I had it with shibi and horse mackerel sashimi. The soy sauce is FUNDOKIN. It is light, but it has a slightly matured taste and is very tasty. Now I've conquered the whole country. Now, let's aim for the second round slowly so as not to drink too much ^ ^.

I am returning to my hometown Miyazaki 🚘. I took my mom to Miyakonojo, the home of shochu, for a visit. We stopped by the Kirishima Sake Brewery. I don't drink shochu. I drink sake 🍶😆. It was my first time to drink Akabu ❕. To be honest, the label is really scary! I wonder why they made such a strong label 🤔 I wonder why they made such a strong label 🤣. And yet, the taste is Very modern 😆. Fruity like grapes 🍇 and sweet like wasanbon, gentle taste 😂. The difference between the label and the rugged label I'm in awe of the difference between the rugged label and the taste 😍. I think this is the standard for Akabu. I'm sure this is the standard Akabu, but I'm also looking forward to drinking some of the new ones that come out each season. I'd love to try some ⤴️! ↑I'd love to try it ⤴️ but it's very competitive in Fukuoka. I'm always losing I can't get it. I'll have to go to Miyazaki to get it 🤣.

From bana who lives in Miyazaki When I go back home, I'll definitely go to Kono Toshiro Sake Shop🎶. I'm going to 🚙 The shop was moved about 2 years ago and the building is clean and spacious✨. It's a liquor store in Miyazaki, so I thought they would have a lot of shochu... It's full of sake😍😍! Shochu is a little bit😲 The refrigerators are lined up along the wall and All the famous brands you'd find in a sake shop 😲💕. You can't help but be excited😆. First, I chose Miyazaki's Chitoku. After that, we went around the store and I wanted to try it, but I couldn't find it in Fukuoka, so I chose this ⤴️⤴️! Super peachy 🍑🍑🍑😂😂! It's filled with fruit, and it's so delicious! This is amazing 💕💕! I also bought some mitsubu mikan 🍊! Looking forward to these too💕💕! I also bought a sake manju from this shop, based on bana's information!
