This is the second bottle from Toshiro Kono Sake Brewery.
It is certainly dry.
I thought it was a new sake, but it seems to be different.

Since Oroku is also aged at the brewery, it seems that they received two bottles that were not aged at the time of new sake. The Akabu was carried over to the next day 😀.
