It took about 10 minutes to open the bottle. I slowly turned the cork, closed the cork when bubbles appeared, turned the cork slowly when the bubbles subsided, and closed the cork again. I managed to open the bottle without any spillage.
It has a foamy nigori taste and bounces in the mouth. I paired it with unari sushi. I was satisfied with its dry and sharp taste.

For Miyazaki, the shochu prefecture, they have a lot of different kinds of sake 😆😆😆.
