NIIDASENSHU Nama-moto Junmai-shu, heated to 1,800ml Rice polishing ratio: 80 Alcohol content: 14%. It is said to be a sake that has been laid down for a year in the brewery. On the first day, it was served at room temperature. The first day it was served at room temperature, which gave it a slight color and a matured taste. On the second day, we tried it heated. The second day we tried it heated, and it was just as it claims to be "kanzakurae" (heated sake), so it bloomed at once and the flavor increased. It is not a classical heated sake, but it is delicious. We couldn't stock any draft sake at the inn, so we happened to choose Kan-atsurae based on the heating criteria, and it gave us a taste of the unknown 😃.
