After much worry, I brought this sake home from the brewery.
The store owner shared it with his friends.
The ginjo aroma is gorgeous and elegant, and the fragrance is quite robust.
After drinking summer sake, the mouthfeel is dense.
The taste is fruity, with a hint of apple and pear,
The rich rice flavor spreads slowly afterward.
The lingering aftertaste of rice is slightly dry.
The taste is clean and clear.
The few people who shared it with me said, "This is delicious on its own."
Today is Kamikawa Taisetsu that my friend bought for me in Hakodate!
The Makoto label is very dignified 💦.
And that's why?
The smell is alcohol,
(Ya, bad, old-fashioned sake?)
In the mouth, what? Where did the alcohol go?
A little spicy, a little interesting taste, this taste.
What was it? I can't remember.
Maybe it's the heat, but it's nice.
I can't remember what it was, but I can tell you it's good.
Kamikawa Taisetsu, there are 3 breweries in different parts of Hokkaido,
There are three breweries in Kamikawa Taisetsu, each brewing sake with a deep flavor.
They are also opening a brewery in Abashiri,
We have high expectations for that one as well.
Flew to Hakodate to visit relatives.
Wanted to visit a sake brewery.
At the sake brewery's paid tasting
Junmai Ginjyo (Hi-iri)
Aromatic, fruity rice aroma with a hint of sourness.
Sweet and fruity like apple or pear.
Sweet rice flavor spreads later.
The taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste while it fades away cleanly.
Delicious.
▼Junmai (hi-iri)
Lighter aroma than Junmai Ginjo.
The citrus acidity and moderate weight of the rice is delicious.
As time goes by, the koji-like flavor expands.
It is crisp and slightly spicy.
It is deliciously spicy! Looks good with a meal.
Very good.
▼Special Junmai Dry (red bottle, fire-ignited)
Dry, rice aroma.
Slightly more amino acidic than ginjo.
Firm and crisp, with a punch.
Dry and dry with a delicious rice flavor.
It is deliciously spicy.
Rape blossom yeast (Nama sake)
Smells like grapes. But it is rice. It has a little sourness.
Alcohol goes into the nose.
Somewhat mellow, like cheese.
Strong acidity.
Wine-like fruity.
After much deliberation, I bought the limited edition Rape Blossom Yeast and Junmai Ginjo because I was planning to give them as gifts to people.

◼️ Sake should be warmed to lukewarm
This is a souvenir from a trip to Hakodate.
Hakodate is famous for its squid. I chose Goryo sake to go with it.
At room temperature, it is a "dark and strong" sake, but once it is lukewarm, it becomes mellow!
I could drink this sake all night long with dried squid.
Sake made at Goryonokura in Hakodate, Kamikawa Taisetsu 🍶.
When I went on a trip to Hakodate, I went to visit the sake brewery and bought some.
I bought some. 😊
It's refreshing, a little sweet, has a nice sharpness and is very easy to drink.
There was also a Junmai Daiginjo, but I preferred this one after comparing 👍😆👍
Hi Mr. Menshuoh 😃The red label dry Goryonokura version was also delicious 😋The weather was nice and I was able to visit ☀️ for the first time in a long time 😅I had no time to stop by the Goho sake brewery and had to give up this time, but I enjoyed Hakodate to the fullest 😁.
I tried it both at room temperature and chilled.
The third photo was found at Hakodate Airport. The third photo was found at Hakodate Airport, where they were also selling a Shinsengumi label.
Drinking comparison at Inamuraya in Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
It was so fruity and delicious that I bought it for drinking at home.
I also saw it at Hakodate Airport.
A little bit of a sticky feeling on the tip of the tongue, a feeling of smoothness but with a little bit of acidity to refresh you, a little bit cosy but delicious!
