I worked on my reserve greens 😁.
Well, my first visit to Goryo😆.
I heard it's the first time in Kyushu!
I imagined it to be dry.
I imagined it to be dry, but it had a refreshing sweetness
It's a light sake👍.
It's also a great cosmetic sake at around 1,400 yen!
It's a nice, clean sake with no bitterness.

Earnings were a ton? Lost some money.
I went to the Goryo booth, so I thought if I came to Hakodate, I must have a drink! ←I was so happy to see the booth.
Delicious! Beautiful! She says it's her favorite drink!
I am a driver, so this is my wife's impression.
The snack was chicken wings from Sekai no Yamachan, which was there in a kitchen car!

Sake series brought back from Hokkaido, Part 1
Freshly opened.

After much worry, I brought this sake home from the brewery.
The store owner shared it with his friends.

After drinking summer sake, the mouthfeel is dense.
The taste is fruity, with a hint of apple and pear,

Aromatic, fruity rice aroma with a hint of sourness.
Sweet and fruity like apple or pear.
Sweet rice flavor spreads later.
The taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste while it fades away cleanly.

Lighter aroma than Junmai Ginjo.
The citrus acidity and moderate weight of the rice is delicious.

This is a souvenir from a trip to Hakodate.
Hakodate is famous for its squid. I chose Goryo sake to go with it.
At room temperature, it is a "dark and strong" sake, but once it is lukewarm, it becomes mellow!
I could drink this sake all night long with dried squid.
