Sake made at Goryonokura in Hakodate, Kamikawa Taisetsu 🍶.
When I went on a trip to Hakodate, I went to visit the sake brewery and bought some.
I bought some. 😊
It's refreshing, a little sweet, has a nice sharpness and is very easy to drink.
There was also a Junmai Daiginjo, but I preferred this one after comparing 👍😆👍
Hi Mr. Menshuoh 😃The red label dry Goryonokura version was also delicious 😋The weather was nice and I was able to visit ☀️ for the first time in a long time 😅I had no time to stop by the Goho sake brewery and had to give up this time, but I enjoyed Hakodate to the fullest 😁.
I tried it both at room temperature and chilled.
The third photo was found at Hakodate Airport. The third photo was found at Hakodate Airport, where they were also selling a Shinsengumi label.
Drinking comparison at Inamuraya in Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
It was so fruity and delicious that I bought it for drinking at home.
I also saw it at Hakodate Airport.
A little bit of a sticky feeling on the tip of the tongue, a feeling of smoothness but with a little bit of acidity to refresh you, a little bit cosy but delicious!
On a New Year's trip to Hakodate, I was introduced to Goryo by the owner of a tavern I stopped by on a whim.
I liked it so much that the next day I visited the first sake brewery to be established in Hakodate in 54 years. The next day, I visited a sake brewery that had been established in Hakodate for the first time in 54 years. I bought a bottle of sake there and opened the seal of the first bottles I had left in the refrigerator.
Specifications are the same as for the raw sake.
It is a modern, refreshing Junmai sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
I think it's also cosmetically pleasing: ❣️
Sake Boutique Echizenya
Rice used is Ginpu from Kameo Town, Hakodate
Hakodate limited edition & limited time only, this year's sake is a draft.
I also bought the 2022 fire-aged version.
Both are refreshingly good sake, and I couldn't tell a big difference between them with my stupid taste buds,
But this Nama Sake was lighter in the mouth and had a crisp aftertaste.
It's also a good souvenir. ❗️
