It is a special junmai with just the right balance. It tastes dry and fruity, and I think I can understand Ginpu. It is delicious. I'm getting it locally in Hakodate! I'm drinking it with people who like dry sake, so this is good.

We were able to see the tanks and talk with the staff at the store. ☺️
I asked what the Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab was and they replied "Hakodate National College of Technology Brewing Lab". So we had it with food at our stay in Yunokawa Onsen. ☺️

A full-bodied sake with a sour, slightly yoghurt-like acidity. It is easy to drink but leaves a sour aftertaste.
Previously a division of Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Kamikawa Taisetsu and sold by a local company, Hakodate Goryonokura, the company was granted a sake production license in October 2024. In October 2024, the company obtained a sake production license and the manufacturer and seller were officially changed to "Hakodate Goryonokura Co.

I thought the company name was Kamikawa Taisetsu, but it's not 💦.
Polishing ratio 55%, Ginpu 15%, Sake degree -2, 2450 yen
Fruity and juicy sake!
It was the sweetest Hokkaido sake I drank that day.
And it was the only sake with a negative Sake meter.
Well, all the sake I drank at the Hokkaido booth was Ginpu.
There were sakes made with "Kitashizuku" and "Comet" too!

For the record. This is the second day of my trip to Hakodate. I went to "Ika Sei Daimon Branch" to eat squid somen. In the morning, I had sushi at the hotel buffet. I had Genghis Khan for lunch and cheesecake for a snack. There were so many things I wanted to eat in Hakodate.
