To be honest, I had never heard of this brand, but the store recommended it, so I was sure it was the right one. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, but today I opened a bottle for drinking at home. The label says the rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is low at 13%. Pouring it into a sake cup, we can confirm that it is a light nigori. The first sip gave off a nice effervescent sensation. After that, a strong acidity, umami of rice, and finally a strong bitterness run through. It is good, very good. I would rather drink this sake face to face with a light snack than as a mealtime drink. If I have a chance, I will bring it home again.
