I have high hopes for it because of the good reputation of Sake-no-wa!
It has a nice form, thin and cloudy with a little foam when poured into a glass.
It's delicious, with a refreshing acidity at its core, a drinkability that doesn't make you feel low al, and a mellow aftertaste!

We received two bottles purchased on our trip to Fukuoka!
The first is a sake that can only be purchased at Sumiyoshi Shuhan in Fukuoka.
A refreshing bottle with a fruity aroma like white peaches to a light mouthfeel. 🙆♂️
It is also low in alcohol at 13 degrees, so even beginners can enjoy drinking it!
Thin, cloudy white lees. Slight bubbles can be seen. The aroma is reminiscent of Mamy, a refreshing lactic acid bacteria drink, with a hint of citrus. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and fresh. The hint of aroma is like that of a lactobacillus drink with a strong astringent taste. It has a medium lingering aftertaste. It is a fragrant and mellow sake.
On my last day in Fukuoka, I went to Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery at Hakata Station before boarding the Shinkansen. I definitely wanted to come here.
I decided on Yuma, which I had never tasted before.
It was fresh and fruity, but with a light aftertaste and a slight greenish flavor.
I had it with thick fried bean curd. It was a fun trip to Fukuoka.
At the end of May, my father told me he was going on a trip to Fukuoka, so I asked him to buy me some "Yuma" and he bought me three kinds: "Yuma", "Nanayo White Label" and "Amabuki" 😁.
We arranged a date to drink next time and spent the morning pruning the kazukaibuki and the afternoon helping my wife cultivate a field she had started to expand 💦.
After a refreshing bath, we started drinking 🍻.
First, I quenched my thirst with a beer to replenish my lost water content, and now, I'm ready to drink 🍶.
Yuma Nama Nama-zake
This sake was entrusted to us by Mr. Yuha last year from the Fukuoka Sake-no-wa Kai and brought to the Kansai Sake-no-wa Off-line Meeting.
It was so shockingly delicious when we drank it last year that we wanted to repeat the experience ✨.
The slightly fruity aroma of rice, the sweet umami taste that permeates through the body, and the crisp, clear, refreshing aftertaste...
I guess this refreshing feeling that permeates through the body is connected to the [sense of speed] that the sake brewer claims 😋.

On my way back from a business trip to Fukuoka, I saw it at Sumiyoshi Shuhan and bought it. To be honest, I had never heard of this brand, but the store recommended it, so I was sure it was the right one. It had been sitting in the fridge for a while, but today I opened a bottle for drinking at home. The label says the rice polishing ratio is 60% and the alcohol content is low at 13%. Pouring it into a sake cup, we can confirm that it is a light nigori. The first sip gave off a nice effervescent sensation. After that, a strong acidity, umami of rice, and finally a strong bitterness run through. It is good, very good. I would rather drink this sake face to face with a light snack than as a mealtime drink. If I have a chance, I will bring it home again.
