The aroma is citrusy with a hint of yogurt.
From the shwashy mouthfeel, lemon-like citrus acidity and silky yogurt flavor flow smoothly. The fresh bitterness gives it a sharp kick that makes you want to take another sip.
Low alcohol, light and easy to drink💕
I think the flavor comes out more clearly if you let it cool down a bit.
If you warm it up to lukewarm, the sweetness becomes more sweet and sour 🍋. This is also interesting.
I would pair it with chicken.
I think chicken steak or yakitori would go well with it.

Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Hakozaki-gu Shrine
Chikuzen-no-kuni Ichinomiya Sumiyoshi Shrine
The first shrine is one of the three largest Hachimangu shrines in Japan, and is famous for its calligraphy of "Surrender to the enemy".
The airport is close by, so you can see an airplane in the background. ✈️
The second shrine is Sumiyoshi Shrine, which we also visited in Osaka and Yamaguchi.
I bought a bottle of "Yuma" at Sumiyoshi Shuppan, located right in front of Sumiyoshi Shrine.
I got it at an off-line meeting of Hankai Train and finally got it!
The taste is fresh, juicy, low-alcohol, and easy to drink!
I felt it was similar to brewed forest. In other words, it's a dozen strikes ⚾️
I drank 2 cups in one day because of the low al!

Refreshing and clean, with a slight bubbly taste. It has a refreshing muscat-like acidity, followed by a light sweetness, and finally a light astringency from the ori. The alcohol content is low, so you could say it's like a juice. It is so good, you can drink it in large gulps. It goes well with meals.
