Junmai from Fukuwagura
Gentle sweetness. The aroma may be more subdued than that of junmai ginjo. The balance between the umami of the rice and the sweetness is excellent! The aftertaste is mild and refreshing, and the alcohol is moderate, making it easy to drink.
I couldn't find Junmai Nama at my local liquor store... I'll order it next time!
It has a very gorgeous and intense aroma and a deep, elegant taste with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is a fine sake that finishes smoothly with a lingering finish. For me, it was an impeccable and delicious bottle 🤤.

Fukuwagura was recommended to me by a liquor store I sometimes stop by for a sweet sake. It seems to be a sake brewed by the confectionery maker Imuraya. It seems to be highly rated in your postings, so my expectations are high!
The fresh and fruity aroma of muscat, strawberry, and pineapple is gorgeously fragrant. It has a juicy flavor with sweetness and acidity. It also has a delicious and mellow flavor. It was a sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It was a great treat!
Forgot to bring it up. After drinking a lot, we compared drinks.
Sweet and smooth.
Slightly passion fruity.
Floral nectar.
Taste level 3/5
Standing Drinking Kouri
It is fire-roasted but sizzlingly fresh!
It has a fruity aroma like muscat and a gentle mouthfeel. The flavor of the rice is also present, but not too assertive and refreshing. The balance of sourness and bitterness is also good.
Personally, I don't like many hard water sake, but this one is really good!
This is my recent favorite! I want to go to Mie!
We tried a Junmai Daiginjo this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it!
The 720ml bottle is priced at 3,300 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 40%.
Melon-like aroma
The taste has a sharpness to the sweetness of the Junmai-Daiginjo we had last time, and I can't describe it well, but it has a clear taste. It's not just sweet (it's like a combination of dry and sweet).
Very tasty!
I think this one would be easier to pair with other dishes.
However, considering the cost-effectiveness, if I had to repeat, I would probably go for the Junmai Ginjo from last time!

By the way, the "azuki bar" is attached to a wooden stick, but the word "bar" in English is used for a metal bar but not for a wooden one 😱.
I think they use "stick" for wooden bar 🤗.
So let's call them "azuki sticks" from now on 😂‼️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆.
You'll be surprisingly thirsty after eating azuki🫘stick🏑, so you might want to drink some Imuraya sake afterwards to moisten your thirst 😆.

I drank it for the first time. I had high expectations since it was featured in a magazine, but it was even better than I expected. It is said to be a Mie Terroir sake made by food and confectionery maker Imuraya. It has a firm rice flavor, is crisp and well balanced. As a frequent room drinker on business trips, I am happy to see a full lineup of small bottles.
I am also happy that they have a lineup of small bottles.
