I found this sake on our wedding anniversary trip 🍶.
It is a sake brewed by Imuraya, a major Japanese sweets maker 🤔.
This time, we compared 3 kinds of sake 🍶.
Junmai Daiginjo, fresh and fruity 🤔.
Sweet and sour like pineapple 🤔
It reminds me a little bit of Jikin 🤔.
Well, all three types of sake were very high quality and wonderful 😋.
Good morning, Tsunahachi-san! (^o^)
I understand that you were on a trip for your wedding anniversary, and you compared Imuraya's sake on the trip.
I had the impression that they were a bit pricey, but they are of high quality.
Tomoyuki Kumagai, hello 😊.
The Junmai Daiginjo was quite expensive,
But if you buy a trial size of 1 gou like we did, you can drink it at a reasonable price 😁.
And there are 3 bottles for 3 gou 😁.
This time it was a draft, but they also have a hi-iru version 😊.

Junmai Ginjo, like Junmai, has a muscat flavor 🤔.
It also has a slight sourness like yogurt ❓

Junmai sake, fruity and youthful 🤔.

Some complexity at the end 🤔.
A little bit like Honochi of Saku 🤔
Good evening, Tsunahachi 😃.
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary 💍🎉Traveling on your anniversary! It would be nice to compare the sake you found there 🤗We recently found out in Sake no Wa that Imuraya serves sake 😄.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😁.
Thank you very much!
I first heard about it at Vison in Mie, where I was traveling 😁.
It was a very good sake 😋.
This time it was a draft sake, but they also have a hi-iru version 😊.
This sake is made by Imuraya 😳.
The color is slightly foamy, the aroma is silky, and the flavor is sweet and reminiscent of pineapple. The aftertaste is very tasty with little bitterness.
I'm looking forward to more of this sake 🍶.
My daughter bought this set for me at VISON, a commercial resort in Mie. Junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo were all delicious, but I prefer junmai.
For New Year's Day. Firm flavor and light acidity. It has a fruity sweetness that makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Cold sake is good. I drank a good one.
Imuraya sake is famous for its adzuki bars and meat buns.
Another liquor store only had fire-brewed sake in stock, but Keyaki-ya had fresh sake, so I bought it.
The rice is Kami no Ho.
Fresh, slightly effervescent, and chili. It has a freshness. Overall, it is very easy to drink, with a predominantly sweet flavor and none of the unpleasant parts.
I don't know if it's because it's from Imuraya, but it has a firm sweetness like a candy.
I would like to try Junmai next time.
Hi bouken 😃
I didn't know Imuraya was involved in sake 🍶😳I love azuki bars🫘and I still have some in my freezer at home🤗I think they sell them in Tokyo! I'm a little curious 😊
Good evening, bouken 😀
I am amazed by Imuraya's sake 😳
This year I got to know you, bouken-san, and you introduced me to new sake and stores, expanding my world of sake 😀.
I look forward to working with you again next year!
Good evening Jay & Nobby😃.
Looks like Imuraya bought a dormant brewery and built a new one in a resort area😊.
Azuki bars, they are commonly sold here but not nationwide 🙄.
Good evening Mr. Yasube 😃.
I too was surprised at first by the sake from Imuraya 😁.
I didn't do much but I'm glad to hear you say so 😊.
I look forward to working with you again next year 🤗
