Forgot to bring it up. After drinking a lot, we compared drinks.
Sweet and smooth.
Slightly passion fruity.
Floral nectar.
Taste level 3/5
Standing Drinking Kouri
It is fire-roasted but sizzlingly fresh!
It has a fruity aroma like muscat and a gentle mouthfeel. The flavor of the rice is also present, but not too assertive and refreshing. The balance of sourness and bitterness is also good.
Personally, I don't like many hard water sake, but this one is really good!
This is my recent favorite! I want to go to Mie!
We tried a Junmai Daiginjo this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it!
The 720ml bottle is priced at 3,300 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 40%.
Melon-like aroma
The taste has a sharpness to the sweetness of the Junmai-Daiginjo we had last time, and I can't describe it well, but it has a clear taste. It's not just sweet (it's like a combination of dry and sweet).
Very tasty!
I think this one would be easier to pair with other dishes.
However, considering the cost-effectiveness, if I had to repeat, I would probably go for the Junmai Ginjo from last time!
Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" Mie 3
I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.
Imuraya Fukuwagura, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture
Famous for its adzuki-bar🫘👯♀️
Imuraya's sake from 2017
By the way, the "azuki bar" is attached to a wooden stick, but the word "bar" in English is used for a metal bar but not for a wooden one 😱.
I think they use "stick" for wooden bar 🤗.
So let's call them "azuki sticks" from now on 😂‼️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆.
You'll be surprisingly thirsty after eating azuki🫘stick🏑, so you might want to drink some Imuraya sake afterwards to moisten your thirst 😆.
Good evening, Pon...
I see you like azuki 🫘stick 🏑 😘 come to think of it, I haven't had any lately 😅.
Admission was free, so I tasted without hesitation 👍so called "just sake" 😂 I counted 68 kinds later 😋.

🔵Rice's original flavor and full aroma
All of them use mild hard water collected in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture📝.
I drank it for the first time. I had high expectations since it was featured in a magazine, but it was even better than I expected. It is said to be a Mie Terroir sake made by food and confectionery maker Imuraya. It has a firm rice flavor, is crisp and well balanced. As a frequent room drinker on business trips, I am happy to see a full lineup of small bottles.
I am also happy that they have a lineup of small bottles.
I often eat azuki bars in winter, but this is the first time I have had Imuraya's sake. It is 100% Yamada-Nishiki Jun Dai.
It was shipped in February, and it has a fine gasiness and a mild banana-like sweetness. It also has a vanilla-like aroma and a moderate acidity.
It is a strong sake, so if you drink it by itself, you may get a little tired of drinking it.
We enjoyed it with cold tofu and nozawana greens, neutralizing it with saltiness.
Fukuwa Brewery, Mie Prefecture - Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake
Sake brewery taken over by Imuraya, famous for its Adzuki bars.
Junmai-Daiginjo, Junmai-Ginjo, and Ginjo, usually raw and fire-aged, are supposed to be in the lineup. Shiki Brewing Sake made with a focus on terroir.
Fruity! Delicious! The sweet and sour muscat-like aroma spreads in the mouth. The umami is also well pronounced! The aftertaste is quite refreshing or dry. Personally, I like it a lot!
The muscat-like aroma is indeed similar to ohmine, but drier than ohmine?
I have 300ml of it, so I'll drink a lot of the others. I asked the liquor store about it, and they said it recently won an award and is slowly gaining popularity. I'll keep an eye on it!
I have a hunch as a sake newbie that they will release a seasonal brand in a couple of years and attract a lot of attention. ......
It has so much fruitiness, but it's too delicious with a fresh, clean aftertaste - it tastes gorgeous, delicious, and easy to drink 🍶 perfect for a mealtime drink💕.
Purchased on the recommendation of a local liquor store.
2,200 yen including tax for 720ml

This sake is brewed at a brewery in Vison, Mie, which is owned by Imuraya, famous for its azuki bar.
When I dropped by Vison a long time ago, I thought it was so stylish! I wondered whether I should buy it or not, but then I realized that I didn't buy it (laugh)! I was not sure if I wanted to buy it or not, so I bought it this time!
Ummm, it's good...
A fruity, refreshingly sweet sake with a slightly fizzy taste (my favorite).
I drank it as a refill on a full stomach after finishing Mizutoki (directly pumped nama sake), but it went down a treat.
The label is also stylish. Apparently, they also have a draft sake. I really want to drink it. I will drink it with care.
Forgot to raise last week.
I received a bite of the much talked about Imuraya.
It's so thick.
Ripe fruit, mellow flavor like cheese.
Like a noble rot wine.
It has a clear, yet dense sweetness.
Delicious.
I want to drink more.
