Mmmm.
It's good. Laughing...
I thought it would be dry, but it has a strong umami flavor.
No, it is dry, but not crispy dry, but dry with umami, which is typical of Kurogyu.
Autumn swordfish, bonito, and green fish.
Indeed, this may be a versatile sake that goes well with autumnal delicacies (fish (≠ snacks) in season).
It is also inexpensive, so there is no harm in buying it.
We hope you will try it, too. まさやまWe tried a Junmai sake this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it!
1,980 yen for 720ml including tax.
Polishing ratio 60%.
What's that?
Not as good as the junmai ginjos and junmai daiginjos from Fukuwagura that we have had so far...!
It has a sharp umami and sweetness.
It's not just sweet (it's like a combination of dry and sweet).
Very tasty!
Considering the cost, this is the best solution!
I highly recommend it to everyone!
Naturally, I'm adding it to my favorites.
Postscript
However, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo are by far superior in terms of fruity aroma. If you want to enjoy the mellow sweetness and aroma of Fukuwagura, junmai ginjo may be better overall.
In any case, you can never go wrong with this sake brewery. まさやまPurchased at a local liquor store with a sweet recommendation.
720 ml for 1,650 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Fruity and easy to drink, but a little watery.
It has a light aftertaste. Delicious, but a little thicker? I would prefer it to be a little thicker. まさやまWe tried a Junmai Daiginjo this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it!
The 720ml bottle is priced at 3,300 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 40%.
Melon-like aroma
The taste has a sharpness to the sweetness of the Junmai-Daiginjo we had last time, and I can't describe it well, but it has a clear taste. It's not just sweet (it's like a combination of dry and sweet).
Very tasty!
I think this one would be easier to pair with other dishes.
However, considering the cost-effectiveness, if I had to repeat, I would probably go for the Junmai Ginjo from last time! まさやまPurchased on the recommendation of a local liquor store.
2,200 yen including tax for 720ml
Polishing ratio 60
This sake is brewed at a brewery in Vison, Mie, which is owned by Imuraya, famous for its azuki bar.
When I dropped by Vison a long time ago, I thought it was so stylish! I wondered whether I should buy it or not, but then I realized that I didn't buy it (laugh)! I was not sure if I wanted to buy it or not, so I bought it this time!
Ummm, it's good...
A fruity, refreshingly sweet sake with a slightly fizzy taste (my favorite).
I drank it as a refill on a full stomach after finishing Mizutoki (directly pumped nama sake), but it went down a treat.
The label is also stylish. Apparently, they also have a draft sake. I really want to drink it. I will drink it with care. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
