I had an image that Shinkame was heavy (even though I have never drunk it before), but it is surprisingly refreshing, and is a very typical sake!
I didn't feel any heaviness at all from the beginning to the end!
I thought it was a new sake only available in spring, but I found out later that ordinary Shinkame is matured.

- Even though it was chilled at 0 degrees Celsius, I was able to open the bottle and enjoy it as rambunctious as Shinmasa's Ten Frog! It is a sparring junmai sake and very drinkable!

The aroma is very Kamikame, but the sense of rice is soft!
It has a gentle sweetness, not a refreshing taste...!
I drank it cold, but I think it would be better lukewarm..!

You can buy the standard stuff in Kumamoto, but you don't see much raw or otherwise 🥲.
It's been a while since I opened a bottle of Shinkame's active nigori sake.
After 10 minutes of opening and closing the lid, it was finally ready to drink 😁.
Clear and dry, of course the gas is strong!
This seems to go well with fried fish, fried fish, and other hearty meals 😋.
The alcohol content is high at 17.5%, but it's easy to drink because it's so refreshing 🥰.
I'm thinking of heating it up once the gas settles 🤔.
I wonder if it will last until then 🤣.
