Speaking of Shinkame Shuzo, their heated sake is especially wonderful, but this little birdsong is also excellent.
Calm, gentle, and peaceful.
The acidity is moderate for a Shinkame sake, making it soft and delicious.
Warmed to lukewarm (40°C).
It is deeply delicious.
My wife had this at a liquor store in Kita-Urawa,
She asked me what I recommended.
I bought yakiton (grilled pork belly), tofu, tomatoes, and an egg omelet that my daughter baked for me.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Hi, Mr. Hiraccio 😃.
You're definitely right to ask for your wife's pinpoint recommendation 👍I've got "A Little Bird's Song" in mind for such an ate 🤗.
It's one I'd like to stock up on 😋.

Good evening Jay & Nobby😊.
We had a pinpoint listen👍
The little birds chirping is a must drink for those who love heated sake.

I've had a bottle that was aged even longer before, and it was ridiculously delicious warmed, so it definitely has flavor potential.
So it might be a good idea to get a bottle and nurture it.
