The Meeting Surrounding TOMO 2024⑫
Next, Kamikame
Hikomago is said to be aged for more than 3 years, but is it more peculiar than Hikomago?
I think both Hikomago and Shinkame are not my favorite type of sake if drunk at room temperature or cold 🤔.
The third glass is...Shinkame "Junmai-shu", an amber-colored Junmai-shu. It is very strong. The simmered Yanaginomai (mebaru) is also delicious. Sake and simmered fish...they go great together.

Shinkame] booth.
When bouken-san tried to go there many times, he always insisted that "Shinkame was the last one", so he really went to the Shinkame booth at the end.
◉Small birdsong Junmai Ginjo.
Brewed in 2017, so it has been aged for 7 years. It didn't feel like it was aged that long, and I was surprised at how easy it was to drink.
◉Junmai Namaishu
This one has also been aged for a year. It has a rich, chocolatey, nutty feel due to the raw aging. I thought it was the kind of sake that is suited for heating up, which is typical of Shinkame.
I drank another one but forgot to take a picture of it and couldn't remember what I drank because I was at my limit 💦.
Yoohee-san came and greeted us, and bouken-san went home because he was at his limit.
Due to closing time and cleanup, the time limit was about 30 minutes, so I cruised around with Yoohee without tasting before going home.
Hello Nemuchi ✨
Thank you for staying with us until the end the other day✨.
It was a short time, but we were able to get around at a good pace and the sake we bought tasted great at home👍.
It was also nice to talk to you on the way home 💡.
Hi Yoohee 😃I hope you enjoyed the drinks I recommended after taking you around the venue as much as you wanted 😆Thanks for the ride home 🙏It was nice talking to you too 😊.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉔
I tried to get close to the brewery several times, but Mr. Nemuchi told me that Kamikame was the last one! I was told by Mr. Nemuchi that "Shinkame is the last one!
If you come to the event, it will be the last time for Kenrishi! I think I can understand why he would bring it last 🤔.
The stuffed turtle at the booth was so cute 🐢.
I drank
Little Bird's Chirping Junmai Ginjo
It was easier to drink than I expected. It has a sweet taste and a gentle mouthfeel.
Kami-zanku Nakakumi Junmai Namaishu
It was sold out and only tasting was available. It was the last one when I came to the venue😅.
Freshness, sweetness, spiciness, and rice flavor. I thought it was a heated type of sake though it was a nama sake.
I think we also had a bottle of Bonwu and an old sake that was about 20 years old but we both forgot to take a picture 💦.
The Bonbu seemed to be a blend of sake from various ages and had a great aged aroma.
I didn't get to try it, but they also sold an old bottle from 1983 🙀.
I wasn't born yet 🙄.
Yoohee-san arrived just as I was at the Shinkame booth 😊.
We toured the venue together for a bit without drinking, but I had to leave before him because I was at my limit💦.
Sorry for leaving before you 🙏.
I was very selective and bought only 2 bottles this time because I spent a lot of money at Takashimaya 🤔.
bouken Hello...
Sorry for the late arrival the other day.
I am sorry I could not spend much time with you, but I think I was able to drink most of the drinks you wanted me to drink 💡.
Launch after-party 🥂.
The sixth drink of the after-party: Shinkame Hiyamoroshi
It's a very Shinkame-like sake!
This can be served cold, but it is cold and warm 🍶.
About the time I started drinking this, I noticed a student didn't come back from the bathroom... 💤.
I hurriedly gave him a 🚕 ride home😅.
I ended up drinking 16 different kinds that day😅.
The first Japanese sake bar I went to had a pretty good selection of shochu 😍.
I'll try shochu next time 😁.
Good morning, TOMO: ☀️
You drank an awful lot 😳😆😆.
I was wondering if you students 🔰 were ok? I knew it 😂I hope you had a good night's sleep 😴🤣.
I hope you like Sake 😊♪
This is a "freshly pressed" pure rice sake from Shinkame Shuzo in Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture.
It is a delicious sake with a strong and robust flavor.
