ヤスベェSince Godzilla won the Academy Award, we are going to see the IMAX at the nearby Expo Park tomorrow😇.
So I chose Gamera by Kamikame as my drink of choice today 😀.
It's been about 60 years ago, but Gamera was the first monster movie I ever saw 😇.
After that, when I watched Godzilla, I thought about which would be stronger if two of Gamera and Godzilla fought, and I seriously wanted to see a movie where the two fight someday... I didn't know that it would never be possible due to adult reasons 🤣.
Kamikame is definitely a heated sake 😀.
I tasted it at room temperature, but everything in the sake jumped into my mouth at once and I can't describe the taste with chan 🤣.
I heated it all the way up to 55 degrees Celsius, but as the temperature went up, I was able to savor it more slowly and it became a delicious sake 😀.
I then lowered the temperature by 5 degrees and compared the taste.
The fact that you can compare the taste at different temperatures is the beauty of Gamera 😀.
Tomorrow, I'm going to enjoy the Gojira 😇.

コタローStill cold, still ready to go! And, since I had acquired Kanmakase, I thought I had to heat it up first, so I bought it (but it was 300 on a sunny day).
The aroma was sour and spicy, and it smelled like it had a high alcohol content (which it didn't). You can tell by the aroma alone that it is sharp.
First, it is served at room temperature. When you take a sip, you will be surprised! The aroma is nutty, matured, and umami. When you roll it over, the taste itself is not that spicy. It is full-bodied and mellow.
The grain-like sour aroma comes in a big rush before you swallow, and then the umami of the rice spreads out and converges with the sourness and bitterness...and so on. It is difficult to describe the various tastes that keep coming and going.
When heated, the rice becomes stronger, mellower, and sweeter. I liked it best when it was heated up to hot. It is interesting to note that as the sake cools down little by little, the tongue begins to taste sweetness and umami.
It was even better when served at the same temperature as hot oden or nabe dishes.
After the bottle is opened, it becomes mellower day by day. It has a strong sweetness and flavor of rice. There is a spiciness that comes on sharply, but it calms down after the first day.
The taste is somewhat addictive, and I thought I would want to drink it impulsively in the cold winter. I am also interested in the raw version.

It was light and easy to drink for a Shinkame, and since it was fizzy, I drank more and more of it.
It was a champagne that can be matched with food 🍾.
My partner also enjoyed drinking it.
(It's easy to drink if you mix in the oli.
Mixing the oli makes it more drinkable, like a refreshing amazake 👍Good!
I served it with a side dish of tuna pieces dressed with wasabi and soy sauce and wrapped in nori (seaweed)!
