Good youthful aroma, typical of nama-shu.
A little earthy, herbal, and spicy aroma on the palate.
The sweetness is quickly followed by a shift to a full-bodied rice flavor.
The acidity is moderately tight. The aftertaste is spicy and tangy.
It is a delicious sake without being sweet.
4/5 stars for my favorite.
Noge with his eldest son and his wife (3)
Next (and last) sake of the day at a sushi bar
This is also my first time drinking Shinkame!
(I may not have drunk much Saitama sake 🙄 )
A little dry.
A little dry?
A little different from the image of nama-shu?
But maybe this kind of taste goes well with sushi and tempura 🥳.
After that, we left the restaurant and parted at Sakuragicho station, but my eldest son and his wife said they were going to eat Ramen afterwards 😱!
I wonder how much they eat!
Good morning, Takashi 😃.
Sushi🍣 Izakaya🏮 and dry sake🍶 is good 😙A good day with your son and his wife for a quick drink from noon? It was a good day for a drink with your son and his wife 🤗.
I think I could go for ramen 🍜😆.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😊.
We've been loving this restaurant lately, we've been there a few times and everyone has been happy 🥰.
Sushi, tempura and dry sake 🍶 sounds good 😘.
I can't resist the temptation of ramen 🤣.
I was attracted by the POP saying it is perfect for warming sake. I enjoy it slowly, especially on cold days.
It has a similar flavor to Kikuhime, but this one is a little milder. The label says it is dry, but it is not that dry and soft. I am sure it will make you happy when paired with oden.
This is a sake made by Shinkame, the Yokozuna of the East (by the way, the Yokozuna of the West is Akizuka).
It is a very heavy and heavy sake,
But it is still a little lighter than Shinkame's usual sake,
