I bought it because the screw stopper was Yamagata Masamune🤣.

The second day, it tasted much more umami ✨.
I drank it with steamed clams. It was so easy to drink that a whole bottle was gone in no time at all 🍶 It has a rich flavor and goes well with snacks.
