I have the impression that Ki Mine Tsuru's orange label is a definite 😏.
It has a solid flavor and a slight sweetness 😚.
I can feel the juice like orange 🍊 in the aftertaste.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival
I've never seen this sake labeled before, but it looks like they've been serving it since the 100th anniversary of the company's founding in 2020.
The nose is muscat and banana-like. It has a gentle and refreshing sweetness with a little gas. The acidity is also impressive. As the label says, it is refreshing.
I always think that every Kihotsuru has a strong Kihotsuru flavor, no matter which Kihotsuru you drink.

Tonight...Kiho Tsuru✨!
I was looking at everyone's posts on Sake no Wa... and since there were so many posts about how delicious it was, I finally found a brand I've been secretly wanting to try 😅.
And I got the commemorative sake 🤣 lol....
...but I thought the base of the taste would be the same, so here it is: ❗️

Not much aroma... not much in the glass either😅😅
I'll take a sip right away 🙋....
What is it... very easy to drink 🤤.
It's like lemon water 🍋...but the acidity isn't that strong, so the perfect balance of sweetness and deliciousness that comes in easily sinks into your throat 😍.
The taste of the sake is not bitter or peculiar, and it disappears without disturbing the taste buds.
....but it doesn't have any juiciness, so it's not enough for those who want it 🤔.
However, this balance is certainly delicious 😋.

This time it is Toutou, from Kihotsuru.
It is a sake from Saga Prefecture.
It is a new mizu-hashiroshi sake from Kihotsuru, which we met at a recent sake festival at Osaka Takashimaya.
It is served cold.
The color is a light yellow.
The nose has a mildly sweet, greenish aroma of melon, peach, and banana.
The mild mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a round peachy fruity flavor, a freshness with a rummy feel, and a calm umami flavor.
There is something nice about the balance between the gentle volume and the thick astringency behind it.
When heated up,
When heated, the plump, banana-like sweetness is enhanced, and the astringency is well balanced and delicious.
We recommend it to those who don't usually warm up their sake, as it is easy to drink.
Although it was released in June, it is perfect for now when the heat has finally settled down.
The astringent flavor goes well with autumnal foods.

I'm exhausted from the consecutive night shifts that occur once a year, so I'm going home to take a nap and have a drink to adjust my time 🍶.
Kibotsuru Junmai Hiyoroshi (Hiyoroshi)
I bought this seasonal Hiyoroshi at a recent visit to a sake shop in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture.
We have a stock of sake from the Hanpukai, but every once in a while we'll open a bottle of seasonal sake.

As soon as it's poured, you can smell the banana-like aroma.
After pouring, the aroma is like the banana flavor of Look chocolate, the bitterness behind the robust umami, and the fruity aroma escapes through the nose and finishes with a lingering banana-like taste and aroma, and finally the bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat.

Yellow banana-like aroma, round and rounded flavor, banana-like aroma on the nose, and a refreshing aftertaste.
The banana flavor is more pronounced as the temperature rises, so it may be best not to chill it too much.
The entrées are Wakayama tuna and Okayama sea bream.

Since it was my first time, I went to the famous "Negi Chashu Noodle" topped with the characteristic "Bara Nori" (seaweed) 🍜.
I see... it's a salty pork bone broth type noodle, I might like it a lot 😋.
