At the Takashimaya Sake Festival.
Luckily, it was empty, so I was able to sample and buy a variety of sake.
The ginjo aroma was like melon.
The gentle sweetness is so delicious that it makes you fall in love with it. It is my favorite bottle. I can easily drink it by itself.
I paired it with Sekogani crab, yakitori (grilled chicken), and on the second day, with tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and it had a clear aftertaste, so it was a good choice as a food sake.

Well, my impression is that it was not as bad as the last Junmai Namaizu Nama, or rather, this was delicious.
Right after opening the bottle, there was a chili chili gas feeling, a little bitterness, but the sweetness covered it, so it was nice.
Delicious from day one 😋.
The second day is also consistently tasty. It is more like the flavor goes up on the second and third days.
The 4th day was the best.
Well, it was good.

I've never had an expired one, so it's unclear what affected or didn't affect this flavor.

Here is another drink I came across at an after party after a work party🍶.
I don't have any notes, so this is for my records.
The two sakes available are Kangiku's Orange Sea and this one, Kihotsuru Hiyoroshi.
I thought it was a drunken drinking place that hit my personal pressure point: ☺️
There is no way to go through with it.
No one drinks sake, and while my seniors and juniors are ordering beer, shochu highballs, and highballs, I have the gall to ask for sake and even take pictures of the bottles 😄.
It is not fruity, but has a mild aroma of rice with a hint of sweetness.
It was well chilled and has a smooth texture, with a moderate sweetness, acidity that is also refreshing, and a beautiful umami flavor.
It has a good sharpness, making it the type of sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
I thought that if I warmed it up, the umami would expand and become different, but it ran out quickly.

I first tried Kibotsuru at the Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival last month.
I had a hard time deciding between this and velvet, but I chose this one.
Cold sake
Banana-like aroma.
Full and mellow sweetness.
It is one of the top sweet sake in Saga Prefecture, where there are many sweet and mellow types of sake.
