Kihon Crane
I love it, Kifeng Crane
Kihotsuru is a very low-polished, out-of-spec Yamadanishiki grape variety.
The aroma is strong, almost grape-like.
More acidity and umami than sweetness.
The taste is broad and sharp, with a sense of rice.
A little astringency is also felt.
It is an interesting and good sake!
⭐︎⭐︎
A drink like shaved ice that melts right in your mouth.
It's refreshing! It's like shaved ice.
If you want to taste the flavor of rice, it may not be enough. It might be a good match with stinky food.
Gentle fruity in the mouth.
A little later, a pleasant pineapple? It has a pleasant pineapple-like bitterness.
The aftertaste is fruity and lingering.
A very delicious sake!
☀️
It's a series called Concept Workers Selection. It's a drink for the senses, not the head🍶.
I'll drink it with my senses ❤️
It has a strong umami flavor with a hint of sweetness 😚.
The sweet umami mixes in the mouth and ends with a lingering finish☺️
It was an immersive sake🍶.
A search party was organized by Kansai Sake-no-wa members and quite a few people secured "Kihotsuru" 🥰.
The original "Kihotsuru" is delicious, but this one was also delicious to soak up ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Jive 🌙.
It was so popular in Kansai that a search party was organized 😳
I wonder how it is in Kanto 🙄.
Kihotsuru is also delicious, but I prefer Kihotsuru because of the beautiful label 😆.
Good evening, Hiro 😃.
We are the type of people who have limited knowledge of alcohol and choose to drink with sensitivity 🤗I would like to taste CSW's sensitivity 😋.
Discontinued sake, limited reissue. Almost no aroma, clean taste. The taste is clean and refreshing. It is a somewhat classic dry type, but I also felt its umami flavor.
