Luckily, it was empty, so I was able to sample and buy a variety of sake.
The ginjo aroma was like melon.
The gentle sweetness is so delicious that it makes you fall in love with it. It is my favorite bottle. I can easily drink it by itself.
I paired it with Sekogani crab, yakitori (grilled chicken), and on the second day, with tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and it had a clear aftertaste, so it was a good choice as a food sake.
It's like a banana! But it's still sake. You can also taste the umami of rice. It also has the gentleness and mellowness of hiyaoroshi sake. Good as a food sake.
The aroma is modest, but the freshness of the fragrance, which is almost like the skin of a melon, is delightfully refreshing.
As you sip gently while enjoying the delicate aroma, the sweet and delicious flavor of Yamada-Nishiki gradually unfolds.
The level of Saga's sake is really high!

Well, my impression is that it was not as bad as the last Junmai Namaizu Nama, or rather, this was delicious.
Right after opening the bottle, there was a chili chili gas feeling, a little bitterness, but the sweetness covered it, so it was nice.

I drank it for the first time. It has a strong umami taste.
