It's Sake Day🍶!
On such a day, I got a sinusitis. It's called sinusitis.
What's so sad about Sake Day 🥲?
My nose is so stuffed up and runny that I honestly can't even think about sake anymore, but they say that alcohol in moderation is the best of all medicines. ......
I don't know what it smells like🤣.
It has a grapefruit-like bitterness and sourness.
Is it dry?
Day 2. Slightly sweeter.
But dry.
3rd day. The sweetness increases further. But it is not sweet.
It is easy to drink.
I learned later that the rice polishing ratio is 85%. I think this is quite impressive for a low polished rice.
Reading the label on the back of the bottle, I found out that it was made a year and a half ago. It was made a year and a half ago?
I've seen this kind of thing a lot lately.
It's not that I don't like it, since it was tasty in its own way, but I wonder what the original taste was like. I am a little bothered.
Sinusitis and a year and a half old sake.
Maybe it was just the right combination.
Good evening, Maru 😃.
I know sinusitis is painful 🥲Please take care of yourself 😌I hope the Kibo Tsuru will help you to recover.
Sake sometimes tastes better when it's aged, depends on how it's stored and the quality of the sake 🤔.
Good morning, Maru 😀
A stuffy nose makes it hard to breathe and also reduces the enjoyment of alcohol by half 😅.
I hope you get well soon and enjoy your drinks from the aroma as well 🙏.
Hi Maru 🐦.
I know it's hard 😢 treatment, it's not always a quick fix but please hang in there 🙏 I'm also half nasally so I welcome any gorgeous smelling drinks 😂.
Hi Maru 😃.
Aper😫Pustulosis is painful 🥲 but bouken is right, maybe you drank at a better time 😆.
Once your nose is fixed, I'd love for you to try Kibotsuru's Junmai Hiyadoroshi 🤗.
Hi Maru, good evening 🌛I'm sorry to hear about your pus 😫I've had pus too, but I've been on medication for 6 months and it all drained 👃I blame my stupid tongue and stupid nose on my pus, though it can build up a bit during pollen season 🤣Take care ❗️
Thank you Aladdin 😊.
I think sinusitis can be cured by lightly moistening a tissue with kefengzuru and sticking it up your nose🤣.
Yes, there is such a thing as aged sake! Maybe I should have just left it for a few more years?
Thank you, Yasbay 😊.
Yes, the nose is making me sleepy but I can't sleep and it's pretty tough 🥲.
The worst part is that I can't smell and taste the alcohol well 🤣.
I'll get better soon 💪.
Hello bouken😊
I bought it at the store in Shitennoji, but as with the wine store, I will make sure to check the date of manufacture from now on.
I'll try to go there too 🚙.
Thank you, Pon 😊.
Do you have rhinitis too, Pon? It's hard for both of us 🥲When I'm not feeling well, I moisten a tissue lightly with sake and put it in my nose... 🤣 I'll take my medicine 💊.
I'll take my medicine 🤣.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊bouken you may be right.
My nose is not fully healed yet, but I have a Junmai Hiyoroshi from Kibotsuru, set is complete👍.
I'll drink it when it's healed ‼️
Thank you, Nemuchi 😊.
I'm sorry you're going through this too 🥲Mine is moderate and occurs 2~3 times a year. I also comment on the taste and when people around me get confused, I say "Oh, I have sinusitis, tehepero" 🤣.
Good morning, Maru-san.
I'm sorry to hear you had a rough day on Sake Day 💧.
I have chronic nasal congestion due to allergies, and in the past I had a sinus infection that almost led to surgery, so I understand the discomfort 💧.
I hope you will get some improvement with Kibotsukuru🍀.
Hello, ma-ki!
Were you also a chronic allergic rhinitis, ma-ki-? Comrade ‼️ I really hate it when I get sick 🥲I can't even taste the alcohol 😂.
I'll cure it with alcohol 💪.
Farewell party at the workplace for October transferees
The first party was a regular all-you-can-drink, 5 kinds of Sake.
Four were regular Kumamoto sake and one of the daily specials was Tenmei😳.
I couldn't see the label so I don't know what it was, but it was probably a fire-aged junmai sake 🤔.
The lady next to me ordered Tenmei and we drank together and she probably drank a little more than 2 gou 🤣.
Afterwards, we had a small after-party at RIKI as usual!
I've never had a drink from here before!
It's umami, but it's sharp and refreshing!
It's called "super dry" but it's more refreshing than spicy!
It went very well with pickled firefly squid 🥰.
Dark sweet, green apple or banana.
Lighter entrance than expected.
Banana flavor.
Alcoholic pungency and bitterness,
Aroma of chemical melon.
A little youthfulness remains, but there is a definite rice flavor.
After that, a slight sweetness is felt and it fades away quickly.
Spicy and delicious. Surprisingly good.
4/5 stars for my taste.
Hi Jay & Nobby😄!
You were the MVP of last year's Fall Sake!
It's a good one for sure 😁.
I thought it was a good finish compared to other brands of hiyaoroshi 🤗.

#Japanese Sake
Purchased at a previous Takashimaya Namba event.
I bought it at a previous Takashimaya Namba event,
I asked for a recommendation.
Here is what he recommended 😁.
The inside of the glass has a slightly good aroma😄.
The flavor spreads,
Slight tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue...
The whole thing is refreshing 😋.
The astringency and spiciness that you feel around the end of the drink.
The image of drinking it is like grapefruit.
Refreshing sake 🍶.
I personally love grapefruit juice 🍹.
I love it 😆 This is good 😊.
I've bought Kihotsuru before and was happy with it.
I had high expectations originally,
It's still delicious 😋.
I think I'm going to open it soon 😆.
Thank you for the food 😋😋.

TSUGUMI-2024
Purchased at Takashimaya Sake Festival. Today is Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day, so I opened a bottle of Saga sake from my father-in-law's hometown.
We will drink it cold.
When I pour it into the glass, there is a little foam on it.
The color is clear and slightly yellow.
The top aroma is mild, but slightly green apple-like.
The mouthfeel is slightly gassy.
The taste is well-balanced with an exquisite soft acidity and a slight bitterness, and it tastes like green apples.
As the temperature rises, a mild sweetness emerges, with a slight spiciness that leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
Low in alcohol and with little sake flavor, this is a modern Kihotsuru.
The label is designed to look like a Shinsei Private Lab, but I think they said they put each label on by hand.
My father-in-law's comment after drinking it was, "Isn't this better than Nabeshima?" 😁.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki, a non-standard variety
Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 85% for kake rice
Alcohol content: 13%.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san.
A pint with your father-in-law on Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day sounds wonderful ✨.
I've never seen this sake before, but I'm intrigued by your review that it's better than Nabe's 😊.
It was a good drinking time 🍶.
Hi Nemuchi 😊
I wish I could have gone to the Takashimaya event too 😂.
I drank the 2023 Tsumugi from Kifeng Tsuru, and I remember it was delicious.
The 2024 San also sounds delicious!
Your father-in-law's words make me think more so😍.
Hi ma-ki-, my father-in-law, who usually drinks shochu, seems to be interested in Saga sake and drinks it with me 😁It is gaining recognition in the Kansai region and was sold at a department store event 😊I think they make good sake 😋.
Almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is full of rice and mildly sweet, reminiscent of tortoise candy. The aroma is weak. Smooth mouthfeel. Soon after, a refreshing acidity with a slight effervescence spreads. The flavor lingers in the mouth. Medium aftertaste. Mellow sake.
At Takashimaya Sake Festival
Compare and buy what you like!
Hiyoroshi, which has just recently come out!
Apple-like sweet and sour aroma with a hint of yogurt.
Aroma: Sweet and sour with a hint of yoghurt!
It has a gaseous taste and a mild flavor.
A mild and gentle mouthfeel.
The taste of rice is well pronounced but not heavy.
There is also acidity and a clean aftertaste. ✨️
Osaka Takashimaya] The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival (4)
The booth of "Ki Mine Tsuru".
Ryoko-san, the proprietress, came to the booth and said, "I was supposed to be here until tomorrow, but I'm leaving today," so she left before closing time.
When I told her that there were only three kinds last time, she laughed and said, "People tell me that so many times.

Good evening, Maru-san 🌛I didn't get to sample much last time, but this time I got to taste the rumored Ki Mine Tsuru on the first day 😆This is an asap review due to the word count, but it was remarkable delicious 😋No wonder you are chasing it, Maru-san: ❗️
