Kihotsuru's Omachi is also fruity and sweet with almost no bitterness 😍 A successful choice!
Recommended drinking temperature 5 degrees Celsius 😅, the higher the temperature, the stronger the sweetness 😅.

It is a super dry junmai sake from Kihotsuru 🍶.
The nose has a sweet aroma with a hint of banana.
In the mouth, it has a slight acidity, a firm umami, and a slight sweetness that is typical of Kihotsuru, and it finishes with a refreshing crispness.
It is quite delicious with a flavor that does not make you feel the sake degree of +10 🍶✨️

The second drink at Kunizakeya was the Motomine Tsuru, which I was curious about in the review of nigori sake, so I ordered it ✨.
I couldn't detect any aroma. It has a light mouthfeel with a clean, understated sweet umami flavor 😍and a gentle acidity that disappears as it goes down. Well balanced and delicious ✨
I would like to try other types of Kifotsuru.
