I decided to drink a little more intensively, so this is my fourth bottle of Kifengakuru velvet.

The aroma is, as usual, a mixture of cemedine and fruit.
The first day is already bitter as promised.
OK OK.
I know. It's sweet the next day, right?
I drank about 90 cc and closed the lid.
Day 2.
Voila. A dramatic change.
A wonderful mix of sizzling, deep sweetness and elegant, creamy sweetness.
There's also a modest but refreshing bitterness to the drink.
3rd day
Closed for the Sake-no-wa petit off-line meeting.
4th and 5th day
More and more sweetness; always tasty after the second day.
Intensive drinking is over for now, but I wanted to drink various kinds of Kibotsu 😁.

There is no such thing as a sake for everyone, but I would recommend this brand 🍶.
The toji's challenge series, Tsumugi from Kihotsuru. The theme of this series is "fragrant dry".
It certainly has a nice aroma! Fruity. I can't tell what kind of fruit it is because of my bad nose 🤣🙏.
Unlike the deep and penetrating sweetness of the Omachi and Oorigarami Yamadanishiki, this is quite refreshing. It may be dry, but it is a bit sweet. So it is very easy to drink.

The aroma is gorgeous. The label on the back said melon, but I felt more like pineapple🍍.
Not quite fizzy, but quite a healthy gassy feeling.
On the first day, it was rather elegant with a sweetness.
On the second and third days, the sweetness and depth continued to increase. As was the case with Omachi, I like Kibotsuru on the third day.
The Omachi raw was also good, but I prefer this one.
Today's entrées were 🦐🥦 stir-fried 🦐🥦 with garlic oil and tataki cucumber🥒 with plum paste. We ate a lot more than this 🤣.

Motomine Tsuru: Small Forest Oorigarami Nama Sake

The second drink at the oyster bar on our anniversary was Kihotsuru from Saga, following Nabeshima.
As one would expect from a brand new to me, the Origarumi Nama Sake has a tangy carbonation and a full-bodied rice flavor. The aftertaste is light and easy to drink.
Jikin and Kibotsuru. Both are Omatchi's raw sake.

Jikin was as good as ever.
Kibotsuru shows a surprising change from here.
The aroma is more fruity😳.
It's also getting sweeter ⁉️
By far the 2nd day is the best 😋.

Jikin is as good as ever.
Kifotsuru is even sweeter and deeper 😳.
It's so delicious. ‼️
If Jikin is like the Silence Suzuka of the Kinshachi Award, Kibotsuru is like the Broad Appeal of the Negishi Award.
