The liquor store where I bought this wine sells classic labels, but I was told that they don't sell well even though they are delicious. They said the stylish label makes it easier for people to pick it up and they hope this will be a good opportunity for people to try their other wines.

Finally, we heard the news of 🌸the blooming of cherry blossoms in Fukui. Looking around the cellar, I found that we still have some winter sake left, so I'm going to enjoy a glass at the end of winter 🍶. Kibotsuru Gaba Nigori. I was very lucky to get a bottle of this sake, which was also drunk by bouken a while ago and was very well received 🥰. The ratio of nigori (rice cake) precipitated in the bottom half of the bottle is amazing. ［The top clear liquid.] Gulping down the sake Aroma of mellow rice, a slight gassy feeling at the mouth, rich umami, sweetness, a clean finish, and a gentle, sweet, pleasant aftertaste. Mokkiri The same mellow rice aroma, a slight gassy mouthfeel with a refreshing umami, followed by a sweet taste and a slightly tight aftertaste. ［Nigoromi] Gulping down sake Rich rice aroma, a slight gassy feeling at the mouth with a mildly gassy taste, a clean and refreshing sweetness and umami, and a milky, mellow aftertaste. Mokkiri Rich rice aroma, a little gas at the mouth, clear and impactful sweetness and umami, and a long pleasant aftertaste. Kihotsuru Hiyashioroshi Junmai 16% koji 50% kake 68% 720ml 1623 yen The retro label is nice. It is made from Saga rice called "Sagabiyori". This may be the first time. The sweetness is like custard, but not too sweet. It also has a sweetness like cold medicine syrup. Nagano Trip 2) We had it at Fukazake in Matsumoto. The second sake was Kibotsuru, a sake recommended by Maru-chan of the Sakegawa Kansai Branch. She commented that she recommends this Yuyamanishiki as a draft sake 😊. bouken-san also drank it😊. It was the last of a bottle 😅(no discount for one glass) Maru-chan's comment about the chiri-chiri-ness. No 😆. The aroma is faint 🍐. I will drink it at home next year!
