Then I remembered that Maru-san, who has always been a good friend of mine, was offering a comparison of Kibotsu Tsuru from Saga, and when I looked at the Kiyama-cho page, there it was 😇.
I immediately got a bottle of this Kihotsuru 😀.
We decided to open the first bottle of Kibotsuru that came to our house for the first time 😀.
As Maru-san said, it is a fruity and delicious sake 😀.
We paired it with Saga Beef Steak that we received as a return gift from Kiyama Town 😇.

The Saga Beef Steak had a strong sweet taste, but the Saga's Kihotsuru Sake matched it perfectly 😀 It was a great marriage 😀.

I wonder if the refreshing green apple and muscat-like nuance that I felt when I drank Tsumugi is characteristic of Motomine Tsuru.
